    Super simple system, and easy to setup. Not having to pay for “cheap” cartridges of ink saves a lot of money. Plus being able to print from your phone is handy.

    Noisiest printer ever. Paper feed is awkward and I would not have purchased if I’d realized printer will not do double-sided printing. Also, seems to use a lot if ink!

    I enjoy this printer. I especially like the paper feed at the top back where I can easily see if I am getting low on paper. My only "negative" is sometimes the speed from computer to printer seems slow. But it all works out.

    Printer worked fine for 3 months and disconnected !! This is an apparent problem this printer works only on 2.4 ghz and will disconnect on a 5G network. Best Buy ought to disclose to customers this information !!! I wasted 6 hours dealing with this issue and Best Buy’s solution was to contact Epson and Epson said that they have no solution for this . DO NOT BUY most networks work on 5G and this is incompatible. Best Buy you ought to refund and disclose this to customers !

    I normally hate ink jet printers because it seems like you are always replacing the ink cartridges. This model uses ink but uses a different system. This system uses ink tanks that can be refilled. You still have to by ink periodically but it seems to be more efficient. Also the set-up process worked really well. It’s wireless so my wife can now print from her iPad.
