Second ecotank we have purchase the first one we are still using the original ink. Second one went to college and and complaints and using with a mac book.

We purchased this printer two years ago. Shortly after the warranty period, it stopped printing in color. When I ask for color printing, I get yellow and grey. I tried taking correction measures I accessed on the Internet, but none have worked. I have been using it for the past year to print, but only in black and white. The concept was good - I was excited not to have to buy ink cartridges every time I turn around - but it has failed to work for me.

It's good. It works. I like the ink situation. Paper feed could be smoother. The app works better on my phone than computer. slightly frustrating technology and lacking customer service.

This is a great little printer. I don’t print much and it’s not terribly fast, but the fact that I can refill the tanks and don’t have to worry about cartridges drying out sold me!

Absolutely love this printer works really well I’m glad with the purchase.

Due to delays in the rest of my order, this printer was just installed Aug 10 so I have not yet had time to use it very much but so far it seems to be OK. I purchased it because it is supposed to be the best for ink use/costs.

It was a bit difficult setting up and connecting to wifi. Instructions were confusing but after four hours I was able to get it done

Has been a better fit for my home office than I thought it would. And the ink coming in bottles instead of cartridges is a huge bonus and money saver.

Nice printer, smaller than my last one. It works well but if the paper is slightly misaligned then it will print with ink splotches in the upper corner. It was simple to setup no issues.

We purchased a Samsung S23 phone. Billy the sales person was extremely helpful and very patient with us. He clearly answered all of our questions.

MY previous printer ink was not availlable every time I checked in different places. Migth be that the printer is fading away from production. So i dicided to buy a new one reliable and with ink easy to buy, easy to fill and cost efficient.

better than my replaced printer and faster, but that it is to be expected. Will see how the ink usage is, as far as cost.

Have had problems with the color heads not wanting to print color correctly. Don't print color often so this is the issue.

Took about two days to actually manage to connect the printer to direct WiFi and will reset its connection when unplugged, so beware of that. App that it recommends downloading crashes and only goes as far as choosing your photo and freezes almost immediately. About 5min to print a full color page or a full black and white page, so not as speedy as I hoped for. Ink seems to be dropping very quickly, but that might be on my part so I’ll give it the benefit of the doubt. Paper doesn’t come out warped like with other printers so that’s one of the few pros.

Easy and convenient and easy to set up. Better product then the cartridges. I love this printer and I can clearly see the ink instead of guessing or getting alerts.

Needed an inexpensive printer with WiFi capability. This is a perfect fit. Easy to set up and easy to use.
