I have used it like crazy and it has never failed me! I wish the programs worked a little better but it’s been great.

Works well, but does not have 2 sided printing. That's on me though because I didn't read the specs

Relatively easy to set up, but found ink is very pricey and it demands Epson brand paper, thicker I gather, more trees? More money! Keeps saying no paper in feed( i had cheaper brand), now I will pay double to keep this printer.

I Absolutely Love my Epson printer! I would recommend this printer to anyone who wants a reliable printer.

Like the idea of tankless. However, I wish the print was sharper with brighter colors.

This printer setup is absolute garbage. It will not print accurately. It continually has missing segments. The unit started jamming after a couple of months as well and now doesn't work at all. If you need good printing, go somewhere else, anywhere else. BestBuy will not stand behind the printer, and Epson makes you jump through many hoops to process warranty. I have been dealing with them for 2 years with no resolution. The make you clean the head, the jets, etc. Each time it burns up almost half a full tank of ink! The whole point is to save ink and money on a better solution. You will waste your ink all the time and be in the same situation as us. Don't buy this and don't purchase from Best Buy as they will no stand behind any of their products. They push you on the manufacturers who have no relationship with you and no reason to support you. Bad product, bad experience, don't do it...I have warned you.

Took a little while to set up. Had to use my phone and download the Epson app. After that everything was smooth.

It is a little bit confusing to get it set up. But it works great. Nice prints.

I own several of the Epson printers. I bought another one for work.

Could not be more pleased to have purchased this printer. It works great and I love to fill the cartridge with the ink. I waited so long to buy it. Very pleased

iT WAS DIFFICULT TO GET SET UP AND CONNECTED TO MY hp COMPUTER. THE DIRECTION SCREEN AND SYMBOLS ARE VERY SMALL AND DIFFICULT TO READ

I really like the ink system - no cartridges. Right now, I'm using a lower quality setting to preserve my ink and the color or black output fits my needs.

Just the idea that i dont have to replace cartridges nearly as often makes this printer worth it.

I am disappointed with this printer. My last printer, (which was a HP printer that lasted only 4 months), could print my pages on both sides when I printed by Bluetooth from my phone. This printer does not and it wastes a lot of paper. I had paid quite a bit more for this printer than my other one, so I was surprised that it didn’t have a basic feature as this. It also prints slower than my other printer.
