    I would give this printer NO stars if I could. I have had so many problems with it. It is not worth the money. I keep getting paper jam error codes evey time I try to print. I have only used a few times since i purchased. Very disappointed

    The paper feed is slow. The control panel is too small. Shortly after purchase, the screen advised a firmware update was released. Finding out how to perform the update is beyond reasonable. Still working on it!

    Printed two pages as a test when we first received it for our new business. Did not need it for a couple of months as we set up our new store. Went to use it and it no longer works. Re-set everything, ran every maintenance option there was and even plugged it directly into the computer with a cord and it DOES NOT WORK. Just what a new small business needs, a $260.00 paper weight. Will be returning to BestBuy and hoping they do the right thing. GET SOMETHING ELSE!!!
