I purchased printer a year ago. It no longer works. It Warranty is expired. I regularly printed , went through all the trouble shouting and no answer

Stopped working two weeks after set up. I gave two stars because Best Buy gave me my money back, otherwise I would have left one star.

I made a mistake in buying this model, it's not double sided when printing. The sale associate did not explain properly the description and function of this printer. And it's kind slow when printing.

Wouldn’t buy another Epson. Tried it for longer intervals on ink vs HP but, it uses a lot of ink. Gives weird messages. Prints extra paper randomly. Finally after less than 4 months it just quit printing, and it’s home use, couldn’t have been more than 1000 pages.

Within 6 weeks of purchase I experienced paper jams with increasing frequency resulting in, obviously, a great deal of frustration! I purchased this model because of the potential savings with the “eco tank” feature and the positive reviews. I followed troubleshooting tips and guidelines with eventually continuous paper jams occurring. Unfortunately, by the time I attempted to return the printer to BestBuy in person for repair, replacement, or refund it was no longer within the specified timeframe by only 2 weeks!

Printers have gone backwards over the years. Why make a printer that prints only on one side? Backwards. Doesn't easily stay connected wirelessly. Backwards. Doesn't connect wireless well when unplugging the chord to use laptop away from printer. I use at tax time and occassionally. Know my headache has just started. Electronics don't need to be this hard.

Haven't used it much but so far so good. Plastic is kind of flimsy and price should be lower

The print quality is low, but that may be because I didn't follow the setup instructions that closely. I like the multi functionality.

Not easy to read tiny window, and not easy to switch from copy to print. Also find no way to monitor ink!

OMG! I love it! Easy to set up easy to use (across ALL devices!) Best printer ever!

Received it yesterday and set it up without issues. Today printed about 30-40 pages before it stopped printing. Page was still in there I was getting error 000022 paper jam error. Removed the paper which was in perfect condition and not wrinkled up or anything turned power off and back on, now I keep getting errors 000033 and 000032 and I can't print anything. I did google and youtube the errors and I don't think this is something a regular person should be expected to fix/work on especially on a brand new printer. Returning it tomorrow to Best Buy and will get another one and hope it's better, and if it is I will consider the first one a dud and adjust the rating. If the second one gets as much as a paper jam I'm returning it and going to get a Brother printer

The feature I liked on my old Epson printer was 2 sided printing. This was available on a more expensive model but I chose this because of cheaper ink

The print quality is okay, there is no difference between this printer and my last printer. However, it does not print anywhere near what they claim. I have printed less than 500 pages and already more than half way gone on 2 of my colors. Very dissatisfied with this. That was the whole purpose of purchasing an eco tank.

I just wanted to plug it in and print but that's not the case. after about 2 hours I was finally able to print something but only after I had to go back to your store and buy a physical cable because the wireless connection was erroring out. What a piece of crap that I blew almost $200 dollars on. It is a complete disappointment and you shouldn't be selling it or drastically drop the price,

After 1 month no longer prints correctly. Colors are full and it hardly shows on the paper and streaks. Very disappointed, worked great the few weeks it did work.

Stoped working 8 months in and i barly use it not good

better than my replaced printer and faster, but that it is to be expected. Will see how the ink usage is, as far as cost.

Good printer but terrible connection. Constantly having to turn printer off and on for it to stay connected.

Not what I expected. I wanted a printer that would help with printing a newsletter. This printer doesn't have a paper storage tray, it's a back feed. SO I have to reload it a lot. It doesn't automatically print on 2 sides; you have to manually flip them. But it does print slightly faster than the printer I had. I am hoping that the ink usage will be better.

Printer works great. The ink seems to go faster than I was expecting.
