We bought this printer bc of the ink lasting awhile but the printer is super cheap and the display is so small it is hard to read and doesn’t print some of the time when it is connected. I have a printer that is 5 + years old that is easier to use and has a better display

Don’t waste your money

However, due to my office setup I had to move the printer across the room and set up wireless printing. It now takes several minutes to print a small document and it getting to the point where it is very annoying and frustrating.

Both are not functioning due to the exact same issue. The printer is not advancing the paper. Within a week - both ended up jammed with ink soaking from the refillable cartridges into the jammed paper. What a mess. Best Buy won’t take the printers at the store - they want the customer to set aside a 12 hour block from 7:00AM to 7:00 PM to wait for a call to meet the repair guy. Don’t bother with the tech coverage - and buy a different brand!!!!

I’ve had it not even 6 mos and have had issues for 5 mos. If I could give negative stars I would. Other reviews saying you have to run the head cleaner with most every print is accurate. Every shipping label it has to run through the cleaner or the bar code is messed up. I have printed 1600 pages and this printer should last a min of 10,000 and it says the waste ink pad needs to be replaced, and it will not print. Warranty, I have to send at my expense and wait ‘weeks’ with no printer to use. Total crap. Huge regret!!
