Very Disappointed!

I get error messages on everything from a paper jam, which there is none, to the ink heads not being aligned. I run the maintenance sequence and still get the messages. I've unplugged it, hoping it will "fix itself", but with no luck. I am extremely disappointed, and am past the return date.

What am I supposed to do for 12 hours? I guess I could go to fedex office and print the document...then watch the grass grow for10 more hours. If that is the answer why did I buy this printer to start with? Give me a simple, expensive, cartridge based printer..... it may cost more per page BUT AT LEAST IT PRINTS. I was amazed at how little ink it was using... now I guess it is using NONE. I paid extra thinking it was better, Shaq was wrong. Great idea poor execution. Try and find a contact number on the Epson website , go ahead try. Fool me once.

The screen is hard to see and the software is a step or two backwards from the last Epson printer we owned. I didn't realize that paper had to be loaded from the back. Overall it was very cheaply made. Would'nt by another.

I’ve tried everything I can think of to get it to connect to Wi-Fi and have had no success. This is the only device I’ve ever had a problem with connecting to Wi-Fi. So I really can’t give an accurate review until I’m able to actually use it. It seems to be of good quality.

It constantly leaves lines in my color prints, it will splatter everywhere. And no I don't let it sit and dry up for 3 months, it gets used once a week at a minimum. If it was within 30 days I would return but I am stuck with it. The only reason it gets 2 stars is because it does work, just not well.
