    It's difficult to figure out how to do certain functions as the directions enclosed in the packing box only contained setting up instructions. I still haven't figured out how to copy or print from my phone.

    These are great printers and incredibly economical. My ONLY problem with them is that the printheads seem to fail quickly. I have owned 5 ecotanks for my business and 3 printheads have failed. It's hard to justify after a shelf life of 2 years.

    This printer is actually light in weight. I thought it would be heavy since it uses the liquid ink bottles. The quality of printing is also good, but i do wish it would print faster. I would recommend this printer to people

    Nice printer, did not come with ink. When printer turns off you need to connect it to the internet each time. Only con. Will look to see if there is a fix.
