    Had issues with set up in which multiple colors refused to print which I was able to resolve after multiple hours of factory resets. Then the gears for the paper feed broke and because it's put together a certain way it's impossible to fix it without damaging another component. So glad I wasted my money on something that was designed to try saving me money.

    Worst printer EVER. If you do not use it every day you have to go through the maintenance to clean alllllll of the printer heads. So basically you waste 2 hours and several sheets of paper if it sits for more than a day or two. My HP smart tank is SOOOOO much better.

    Decent print quality but big paper feed issues

    The print quality is good but I am having constant paper feed problems. Multiple pages feed during each printing of each page causing jams and incomplete print jobs.

    So far, so good! I got tired of wasting money with frequent purchases of new inkjets for my previous HP printer. So I decided to try the Epson-Eco Cartridge Free Printer. It's easy to set up and you get so much more ink than those expensive replacement inkjets!

    Absolutely the worst printer I have ever purchased. Never connects wirelessly. Have to constantly turn it off and back on. Never could connect it to my kids computers so they have to send it to me to print. Update: Now the printer only prints every third line. Not returnable now so I’m out my $200! Awful experience with Epson. I will NEVER buy one of their products again! Do yourself a favor and stick to an HP!

    Don't Buy It's Garbage and Defective

    This product is horrible. I didn't have it that long. I didn't use it that much other than print a few items. It constantly jams and when there is no jam I keep getting a jam error 00031. Looked it up and found out it is a defective hardware. I had an HP printer for many years but I got tired of being ripped off so tried this, big mistake

    Easy to set up and the interface is straightforward. Shocked by the amount of ink provide in the starter pack and I’m looking foward to not worrying about changing ink any time soon with an aproximent page count being in the thousands per ink supply.

    Its nothing special. Very basic. I would've returned it but dont have the time. It only scans one sheet at a time and you can't do double sideded scans. The buttons are a little confusing

    I am in shock that this printer does not have a duplex printing option available from the print screen, and requires manual paper switching. What century was this made? I will be returning it.

    I'm not happy with this printer. It is cheaply made and slow. It also takes a tremendous time printing the highest quality print. I will keep it for a second printer backup.

    Just awful. After a few months it is now a black & white printer only. I have tried every maintenance related thing I could and it still is not printing Yellow, Magenta or Cyan. yes, even added ink to each reservoir.

    I printed one page and have been having issues ever since! I get error messages on everything from a paper jam, which there is none, to the ink heads not being aligned. I run the maintenance sequence and still get the messages. I've unplugged it, hoping it will "fix itself", but with no luck. I am extremely disappointed, and am past the return date.

    I had a previous Epson printer for about six years and it was a wonderful and reliable piece of equipment. I bought this printer about six weeks ago and it is the most problematic high maintenance piece of equipment I have ever owned. It rarely prints properly and the heads need to be cleaned and the print setting readjusted almost every time I try to use it do yourself a favor and do not buy one.
