    I was super excited as I was in the middle of my MBA program. The printer never worked as advertised! The ink levels never showed as it depicts in the pictures, it was always a guessing game. The worst thing then happened, all the ink started to leak even though I had just started pouring. It's suppose to be a smart stop by mine had a different idea! I don't think I will buy again!

    I set this up and printed a few pages. I was happy with the quality but then it kept giving me paper jam errors. After getting the support from the geek squad out to my house, he figured out the ribbon cable was slit in two. So when the print cartridge tried to print on the paper the cable would jam the printer. Was very happy with the technician. I returned it to Best Buy with no problems and exchanged easily. I did get a ET-2850 instead and it is working well.

    Works well, only after a year, or so, the nozzle cleaner may not work; and there is no user access to the nozzles for user to manually clean the nozzles, as one can with separate cartridges.

    Shipping was fast and the unit is real easy to hook up and operate. It came with all four of the ink fillers also. I have not had the printer but about a month but so far so good.

    Print quality is Ok if it’s used for flyers, brochures, and notes. Not a printer I would recommend for photo. Plus side, don’t run out of ink as often.

    Stay away from this printer. After less than six months, I received an Ink Pad error (the printer will no longer work). I ordered a replacement and installed it, but the error remains. The website Customer Service is a bust. Finally, I had to call the technical number, but it referred me to another number. Once I got ahold of someone, they told me my printer was no longer under warranty and that I would have to take it to the repair dealer. Of course, per their email, nothing came up when I looked for a local repair dealer in my area. All I want it to reset the code. This is crazy. I will never rebuy Ebson! This printer is a total waste of time/money.

    The ink cartridges are a very good improvement over other printers. However, compared to et1700, it disappoints with a much smaller programming window and single page printing

    I am so upset. I have only had this printer 8 months and now it is have feed errors so I cant print anything. The keeps jamming. I didnt even use it a lot. Now I am out the money and have to get a new printer.
