Usually got stuck ( where you would look inside to remove a paper jam.) The screen is small and hard to read and manure. It took a long time to set up. It would copy from my phone and my computer but to make a copy on the machine, it had a large black line thru the copies. I did like the idea of the ink tanks vs the cartridge.

My 60dollar printer was better than this. Now I have to drive to a store and pay for them to scan for me or buy a new scanner!! What the heck I feel totally ripped off.It does not print that well either

Not happy!!!!!!!

2nd unit, 2nd failure

First worked for about a year then print heads started clogging. Luckily i had the geeksquad protection so i replaced it. 2nd unit has 1/2 of the printheads failing from the first power up.

It's way too expensive for what it offers. I didn't realize how fast it burns through ink until it was past the return date. It clams to be more environmental but it can't even print double sided and since it burns through ink super fast I'm having to buy in more often. This is truly a green washed printer. Don't get me started on how difficult it is to configure. The app is atrocious

Printer came broken and Best Buy won’t do a return

Ridiculous that’s it’s only 15 days. Was turned away and told to contact the manufacture. Won’t be coming back to Best Buy when there are so many options for consumers.

I’ve tried and it just keeps printing blank pages. The support link for how to clean the nozzles is no good either. Additionally, the black ink is already 1/4 gone after printing 8 pages of coloring sheets. So frustrated!

This error means loose wires to scanner - given it just came out of the box I started looking up information. Apparently, this is a normal thing for epson. I returned the printer and will find another option.
