I've had for about 2 months. So far, this is a good printer for my small business. Set up was easy for my laptop, desktop and iPhone. The Bluetooth on my laptop sometimes doesn't connect immediately and I have to reconnect to print, which is annoying.
My biggest issue is that the measurements are wrong. Well, they are not inclusive of the rear, upright paper tray. I needed the printer to be a specific height to fit on my desk and, according to the given measurements, it should. It does not fit when using the only paper tray. This is my fault for not looking closer into the loader. Also, forget about the open scanner lid measurements that are also not included. So, it is currently in a corner and not even on my desk.
I thought maybe the tank printer might have brighter or clearer printing, but it's about the same as my 20 yo HP.
All in all, a decent printer for the price and especially considering the price of ink cartridges vs tank. The Pros are worth it and the Cons are not irritating enough to return.

The printer is well-designed and easy to set up. I like that it prints with nice ink-efficiency; that is, the ink doesn't bleed much through my thin paper, which is nice for printing pictures on both sides. The colors and resolution are very decent, and text prints well, too.
The cartridge-free feature is nice and cost-saving.
The software on my phone and computer for it are quite easy-to-use. Duplexing is a little bit tricky, though (but I knew this when I bought it) and occasionally I have trouble connecting my phone to it (but usually it connects fine).

This is my first Epson printer purchase and it is easy to use at a very good price. The ink in tanks is a great feature. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a medium priced printer

"GREAT PRINTER FOR PHOTOS"

I have used nothing but Canon Printers for many years. I am a Professional Photographer {Retired}. But. I still take Pictures. I have had several Canon Printers go bad in a short time. When. I went into Best Buy. I saw these Epson Printers. I went with the least expensive one. Which was on Sale for $199.99. I bought it. Did some test, and also Pictures I took at my Church. All I can say. GREAT. I saw a huge difference in the Colors. I am very Picky. It is not the fastest Printer. So what. I do not mind a couple of minutes more. Also. You can not believe how long the Ink Last. I have Printed quite a bit. The Ink in the tanks barely goes down. They were not kidding when they say. The Ink will last a long time. This is the way to go. No Cartridges to fool with. Just tip the Ink Bottle in the Hole under the small cover. I bought some more Ink. Not Epson Ink. The reviews for the Ink were very good. In the Box. Was 2 Blacks, 1 Cyan, 1 Magenta, & 1Yellow. I paid $32.00 for all of them. From what I see. The Original Inks are going to last a very long time. I just bought them to keep on hand. Forget about Cartridges. This is the way to go. I did get the extra warranty, which is good for 4 years. Just in case. If this Printer holds up down the road. If I have to buy another one. It will be a Epson. Trust me. I did Professional Photography for 35 Years. I know what a Print should look like. I should have changed long ago. They do have some Higher Models. Look at them. If you want a Printer that will Print great looking Prints. GET THIS. You will not be sorry.

The Epson ET2800 printer works very well and was easy to set up and install. Best of all it uses the refill bottles to get away from expensive cartridges.
