Set up was easy. Filling the ink tanks was easier than replacing ink cartridges in some other printers. It remains to be seen how easy it will be to replace the maintenance box. In reading some of the reviews before buying this model I saw many complaints about the printer quit working. Further research indicates the maintenance box has to be replaced periodically depending on how much you use the printer. Overall quality and speed of printing is excellent. I just wish there was a slide out tray for the paper underneath instead of putting the paper on a slanted tray in the back

I feel like civilization peaked since printer makers have come up with refillable tank inkjets. It's been years since I bothered myself with a home printer since they seemed like it would be expensive to have around. But now with this option, I can print up online instructions, leave notes, print labels and stickers, etc. Basically, getting to do the stuff I want to do at anytime. My work is okay with me printing personal bills, invoices, forms to fill out, etc. I compared this with the model 3850. That model has a auto document feeder, however the print quality for photos and graphics is slightly better with the 2800. The document feeder on that model I don't think is duplex, so it seems like a hassle regardless of flatbed or autofeeder. I have a separate, duplex scanner for anything more than a couple of pages. The nice part about this is the software. Easy to print from the computer or phone. Also easy to scan directly to your phone. That part is kind of an underrated feature until you use it.

Easy to use and sips ink! Definitely worth it if you print a lot or at least plan to keep the printer several years.

I've bought many (too many) inkjet printers over the years and this one's been my favorite. My PC doesn't lose connection with it (like constantly happens with the HP printers I've owned and despised), prints good quality, and the ink refill system -- while unique -- works really well. The only negatives are with scanning: Epson doesn't have scanning software for desktops/laptops, and you can only scan one sheet at a time.

This is one of the easiest to setup and use printers I've ever owned. Filling the ink tanks vs replacing cartridges was so much nicer, and from all accounts, the tanks will provide PLENTY of print capacity. VERY happy with this purchase!

It is Great! Other than it's a little loud for our small office. It has fulfilled our printer needs.

After a stream of maddening HPs and Canons, this Epsom printer is a breath of fresh air. It works quickly and consistently, and yes, the ink tanks are both easy to fill and vastly cheaper than cartridges. I especially like the windows that show the actual ink levels. Sometimes, low tech is the best tech.

I bought this printer for my mom who has been struggling with her wireless printer at home for sometime. The Epson Eco tank was super easy to set up, easy to fill, and worked immediately right out of the box on all of the connected devices in their home. The printer we replaced worked occasionally on some of the devices, but was never as easy as this to connect to. Smart devices, such as tablets and phones, work automatically and computers that are on the network easily find the computer and automatically set up the right settings for easy printing. If it works for my 80+ year-old parents, it will work for you too. Mom thought the picture quality was pretty good, too! I personally had purchased the ET 2850 when it was on sale for less than this printer was, but otherwise a pretty great value.

I bought this for the purpose of my new business. I actually am not using the printer for the purpose of it. I am printing but I am using it to print dye sublimation. So, once I changed the ink in the cartridges I cannot go back and use the printer for the actual use. But, it’s working perfectly for what I need. I am very happy with my purchase. The price was great. I didn’t get it at my local store but I had to go to the next city over to get it due to stock. Other than that, I am very happy with the printer. My husband purchased another one for regular office use. She loves it.

Works well but I did not read the description close enough to see that I have to manually make two-sided copies. The model I purchased does not do this automatically. I am looking forward to not having to buy expensive HP cartridges.

Just the right size to fit into my office cabinet. I have been using it for a few weeks and it is working just fine. Ink cartridges are easy to fill.

Easy to use. Just not sure how to fix a paper jam if we ever have one. Working great right now.
