This is easy to set up with WiFi using the app, though I can see how it could be confusing for some. Print quality, color or b&w, is great. I've seen no latency with data / buffering prior to printing, and printing color is surprisingly fast. A filled ink reservoir lasts extremely long, and the ink refills are reasonable. The only drawback for me are the notifications for firmware updates. I don't update things immediately, so the notifications are annoying; once in a while they come up that stop the print job, which I don't have time for.

I bought this printer just before christmas because of some of the reviews from trusted tech geeks that I know. I am very glad that I listened. The price was a bit more then I have paid for a printer in the past, but the quality of the prints is awesome and the speed of the prints is great also. I think that the biggests thing for me was the fact that I was tired of buying ink all the time for just ordinary everyday printing. I am not a heavy print user, but I like printing the occasional photo or web file. With 900 plus pages of print on the ink cartridges and the low cost of these cartridges I will save a lot of money in the long run. This is an all in one printer. The wireless printing is great, as I have been able to print from my iPad, phone, and laptop. I also tried printing form the Internet interface as well as google docs and everything printed flawless. If your looking for a great printer that will do anything you can think of, then this printer is for you. I highly recommend it.

Pros: prints fast, good quality print, less $ spent on ink than my old ink cartridges printer Cons: loud, connecting to computer wasn't fast Overall, happy with my purchase and the customer service I received.

Super easy to set up, unlike other brands that try to force you into subscription services you dont need. My partner loves the quality of the prints as she uses it mostly for printing out her line art she draws. Ive used it for some documents i need to scan and was intuitive and easy. I highly recommend.

This printer replaced a laser color printer with an expired drum cartridge. I was looking for a suitable and economical replacement without sacrificing speed. It also replaced an old visioneer scanner that I could only use with Windows XP. No Windows 10 drivers exist. The printer was easy to set up under Windows 10. The only tricky part was getting the scan to PC working. It required a reboot of the PC for the firewall exception to be activated. Other than that everything went well. I don't use the FAX option, so I can't comment on it. The printer works very fast. It is a bit noisy, but quieter than the old laser printer. Printing a single page from standby is faster than the laser because it doesn't require a long warm up time. Very satisfied with the quality. I have only printer documents so far, so I can't comment on photo printing. The scanner works plenty fast and I really like the document feeder and duplexer. The OCR program works well too. Because both scanner and printer work well, it is no surprise that the copy function also works well. I was deciding between this printer and the ET 2720. But in the end I didn't think the extra paper capacity we worth the additional money. If you want a versatile all-in-one printer you can't go wrong with this one. Highly recommended!

The printer is well functioned!. One of the inkjets stopped working, so as in the past, with other printers, I tried to open the unit so I could clean the heads, etc. The only problem is you can't physically get to the printer heads. I went through the electronic process to clean the heads and realign them, but still, no luck. I was sorely disappointed so I called Epson. Now, I didn't think anything substantial would happen - I just wanted to call to let them know that I was not pleased because I only had this printer for about a year. I explained my 'situation' and gave the customer service agent the serial number, she looked it up and said - "Your printer is still under warranty and we will send you a new one within a week." Wait, what? I couldn't believe it. I didn't have to tell "my story" over and over to multiple people and she didn't make a big deal about replacing the unit. I'm tellin' you, when companies have great customer service, they have my business for life! Good job, Epson!

Easy to install, great copies, and the ink tanks are so much easier to use. Store service was great too.

Printer works great! The sales person Josh was awesome. Very knowledgeable. Even answered questions about a ring doorbell we bought on Amazon. Real customer service!

Fairly easy setup, took a little configuring to get all devices on the network connected. The app is a bit rudimentary but gets the job done. Be careful when filling the ink reservoirs, keep a paper towel with you to ensure you don't drip any excess ink.

easy to set up, and fill up and use its still new i have negitive issues to date.

It needs to be used at least ones a week otherwise you have to clean the nozzles. This printer would be the right choice if you use it regularly.

I use this printer for all my teaching needs! 6 months and going strong.
