Ink cylinders will last longer then normal cartridge's. Was set up in the store to link with new laptop, Happy with the setup.

This Epson ET-2800 printer is a really great printer. The printer was very easy to get setup and running. I did initially try to setup the printer on the WiFi network and ran into a few issues but there might be some issues with the kind of wifi network. SO I just opted to plug the printer into the network with an ethernet cable. The printer worked flawlessly after I put it on the network. The printer has a very nice touch screen interface that is very easy to use and follow. The software updates are very easy to get the printer updated with the newest firmware. The printer prints very fast and high quality prints. Overall this is a very nice and easy to use printer. I would highly recommend this printer.

Bought this to use for printing on stock card paper. Works great has good resolution and color, but not the greatest. Excellent for an entry level printer. We used it wirelessly with our Mac and installed it fairly easily. It has a scan feature which I assume works well but we have yet to use it. One of the features we liked was no ink cartridges. Came from an old Ink jet cartridge printer that would dry up in a month if we didn't print anything. This uses ink bottles to refill individual tanks in the printer and the printer comes with a solid amount of ink to keep us going for a good year or more.

I have owned about 30 different printers in my small business, and I have to say this printer is the best and most economical printer I have had and if I were out another one I will look to replace it with another of the same thing!

This is a great product and we got it at a great price from amazon. Wish we would have bought a couple others for family and office. I've been working on loan modifications and if you are in the steps of providing tax returns and endless bank acc't info... on and on... month after month... this is perfect. You no longer have to either photo copy the second side of a page and then put it in order... no longer have to send one side and then the other side, this machine puts a page thru and then automatically does the second side of the page and faxes it thru. I cannot tell you the time and effort, and just in general frustration the other machine was putting me thru. The only thing is, you need to consider the wt. of your paper. If it doesn't go thru or if it states you are out of paper, you have to make sure you have the proper wt. of paper, and then it works great. I also have a lot of business work I do out of the house for the office. This machine saves me time, effort and in just in general takes the stress out of those big jobs!!! I would highly recommend this product!!!

We've only had this printer for about 2 weeks, but so far, it's been great! It was very easy to unpack and set up. I was afraid that the ink bottles were going to be messy and complicated, but it was a snap. the software download and installation have to be done on each computer that you want to connect to the printer, so that took a little extra time (we have a slow internet connection anyway, so that didn’t help). It prints very quickly considering we are on Wi-Fi, and it scans without any issues at all. The printed pages look sharp and crisp. Although we've only had it for a short time, I would highly recommend this printer to anyone looking for a mid-level, personal-use machine.

I absolutely LOVE my new printer. It prints in black ink great, color pictures print great too. I love how easy it is to fill the ink tanks for the first time. I had no trouble getting it set up and I'm NOT any kind of computer/printer expert as I'm well beyond 70 yrs old and had no trouble at all getting it wirelessly hooked up and running. I highly recommend it to anyone for home use (business too, I imagine). I hope it's the last printer I ever have to buy! Plus, I love Best Buy. I go there for all my needs... if they carry it, I go there to buy it !!

Love this print. It was cheap and ink is also. It is easy to use and it easy to refill ink.

I was moving right along with set-up, hit a snag, contacted geek squad and they took me the final way. The ink distribution system is really hip. Printing double sided is still a challenge which I overcome with a bit of patience. I love the paper feeder, I can see the last page go in.

I had for years a 30 something another brand printer, but when my card was lost and they could not charge for my ink programe the machine stoped working!! Even with full new cartridges!! I was going to renew the ink thing, but I don’t like ultimatums! Hahaha... so... not... goodbye old pink printer!! I ordered this one because I have a beast, super fast but only prints in black. I though this was going to be smaller... nope.. it’s huge!!! At least for a normal size computer desk. But it’s beautiful! Super easy to set up, easy to charge with the inks. I print a lot, and the bottles are also huges! The touch screen works fine, very simple. Not super impressive image quality, but all you need. The printing quality and the copy quality is outstanding. The good thing is that you can change almost every setting (paper, printing quality, size, color, speed, even sound!!!) Compatible with max, window and phones/tablets. I downloaded an app from Epson and that’s it. You can also just print directly from photos or documents. It really works great! I like it! Just what I needed!!

After purchasing an HP that had bad software this Epson is wonderful, However as a 73 year old with old eyes the itty bitty screen on the front of the machine is incredibly hard to read. But it works which is good,
