Great printer, easy setup, printing excellent, liquid ink instead of cartridges

This is a great product and we got it at a great price from amazon. Wish we would have bought a couple others for family and office. I've been working on loan modifications and if you are in the steps of providing tax returns and endless bank acc't info... on and on... month after month... this is perfect. You no longer have to either photo copy the second side of a page and then put it in order... no longer have to send one side and then the other side, this machine puts a page thru and then automatically does the second side of the page and faxes it thru. I cannot tell you the time and effort, and just in general frustration the other machine was putting me thru. The only thing is, you need to consider the wt. of your paper. If it doesn't go thru or if it states you are out of paper, you have to make sure you have the proper wt. of paper, and then it works great. I also have a lot of business work I do out of the house for the office. This machine saves me time, effort and in just in general takes the stress out of those big jobs!!! I would highly recommend this product!!!

Good printer. Louder than I want. Will only scan one page at a time — unless I just haven’t figured it out yet. Front screen is way too small.

Two issues with this printer prevented me from assigning 5 stars: 1) the screen is ridiculously small (less than 1.5") and 2) it took hours of tech support to get the printer up and running. Pertaining to issue # 1: this printer is ideally suited for consumers with 20/20 vision. If you have any kind of visual impairment (~75% of U.S. adults wear some sort of corrective lenses), you will achieve better results by purchasing a printer with a normal-sized screen. Pay attention to specs. Pertaining to issue # 2: On my third round of tech support which lasted an hour, I feigned someone at the door, terminated the call, called back and was assigned a more knowledgeable tech support rep. Turns out you need to install drivers to scan. The online app menu to choose scanning options is also ridiculously small. I need a magnifying glass. Since the return window passed, I opted to keep the Epson for printing straight from my laptop (no choice) and also keep my HP 4630 printer (still running like a beast a decade later) for any use involving a screen. In conclusion, this is a printer designed for consumers with good to excellent vision.

Works great easy to set up easy to loop pad in onto tanks

I had for years a 30 something another brand printer, but when my card was lost and they could not charge for my ink programe the machine stoped working!! Even with full new cartridges!! I was going to renew the ink thing, but I don’t like ultimatums! Hahaha... so... not... goodbye old pink printer!! I ordered this one because I have a beast, super fast but only prints in black. I though this was going to be smaller... nope.. it’s huge!!! At least for a normal size computer desk. But it’s beautiful! Super easy to set up, easy to charge with the inks. I print a lot, and the bottles are also huges! The touch screen works fine, very simple. Not super impressive image quality, but all you need. The printing quality and the copy quality is outstanding. The good thing is that you can change almost every setting (paper, printing quality, size, color, speed, even sound!!!) Compatible with max, window and phones/tablets. I downloaded an app from Epson and that’s it. You can also just print directly from photos or documents. It really works great! I like it! Just what I needed!!

I have been using this non stop since I purchased this and it has been excellent. I use the best quality setting every time and the colors are so vibrant.

After two weeks of heavy use I am very satisfied with the ease of use across all devices. Quality of print is very good and the set-up was very simple.

The best printer! Great on ink! I use this for my business, I create party supplies and this printer is the best one so far.

I didn’t realize that some printers only print on one side. Nor did I realize that this wireless printer would not have Bluetooth. The GeekSquad got it to print from the computer but after I shut it down for the night it said it was offline. I can send work to phone and print from there. I’m going to return it. That said I like the ink bottles instead of cartridges.

Good printer so far. Like the ink bottle refills vs. cartridges. Wish it printed double sided pages. Didn't realize it didn't until after my purchase.

Prints beautifully and uses very little ink!!!!!!!

Perfect size and performance for my household needs. Great value! The only downside was that it didn’t come with the printer cable( USB A to USB B) in order to connect it to the computer.

Have had it over a year and it works good. The website said the store had the duplex printer in stock. Got there and they did not have it. Had to settle for a lesser printer which they did not show in stock. Someone got a better printer for the wrong (lower) price, obviously. This printer is okay, does absolutely great on ink.

I made the switch to Epson after using HP for years. It’s been a huge difference! I would always have to keep buying ink after printing a couple of pages and getting charged so much from my previous HP printer. I recently printed over 200 pages with my EPSON printer and it barely wasted any ink. I love it! I use for my Cricut projects
