I like the fact that the ink will not dry up after some time. So It doesn't matter if I don't use the printer that much because my ink won't just dry. The quality of the print is very good also. They were bad at times and very expensive. This new printer will save money and time seeing you can control it through you phone. So happy we purchased this.

It’s faster than my old one and filling the ink tanks. Doesn’t get my hands all full of ink like the cartridges did not to mention that they last longer would definitely buy this again and Best Buy had a great price. Plus they have great support.

Had some difficulty getting it set up and linked to my computer. Instructions seemed a bit complicated, but finally got it working. First time with a printer using ink tanks instead of ink cartridges. I hope it proves to be as economical as claimed and tanks don't require frequent filling, as filling proved to be a bit messy. Maybe just have to get used to it. Hope future purchase of ink bottles not too expensive. Initial overall rating is 3 stars; if performs well, would raise that to a 4.5.

The print quality is very good for my real estate business. Property photos come out very nice and it does a good job scanning documents (even larger legal size) into a file size that is workable. This has solved the problems I've needed solved at a reasonable price for both the machine and print cartridges. I've only used this printer for a couple of weeks so I will update later if needed.

Haven't had to buy ink since I bought this months ago. My only issue with the unit is that I have been having wifi and connection issues with it as of late.

I own the 4760 model but this lower price newer model is just right and fits her needs. This has Scan and Copy and does not have fax or duplex printing but has EcoTank which to me is the only way to go. No more cartridges and enough ink to last a year if used normally. It prints great text and pictures.

I enjoy the printer cartridge saving option was available and the price was in my budget. The set up was easy and I love that the scanner option sends right to my phone.
