Truly a great product. Much time and effort was well spent in trying to optimize productivity and minimize space taken! Simple and easy set up with little hassle otherwise. My wife did need to do a little maintenance to the printer heads after a month or so. Which was just a click of a button really. What a great purchase for any home office :)

Great everyday printer. Instructions were a little unclear on how to set it up from you computer without the disc. I initially set it up from the app but wanted to print from my computer as well. Since I don’t have a disc reader I had to go through the whole process of “initial setup” online as well. Does not include usb to connect to computer for firmware updates.

I’m in nursing school and also recently started a business. I have been doing ALOT of printing and I love that I still have high levels of ink. This printer prints fast, the set up was easy, and I love that I can send things from my phone. Pictures also print nicely. It doesn’t take up much space either. All in all great buy!

The printer works great. The printer setup is easy and straight forward. Bought it for the kids for their school projects and couldn't be happier.

My first ever eco tank printer & wont be the last!

This printer setup is absolute garbage. It will not print accurately. It continually has missing segments. The unit started jamming after a couple of months as well and now doesn't work at all. If you need good printing, go somewhere else, anywhere else. BestBuy will not stand behind the printer, and Epson makes you jump through many hoops to process warranty. I have been dealing with them for 2 years with no resolution. The make you clean the head, the jets, etc. Each time it burns up almost half a full tank of ink! The whole point is to save ink and money on a better solution. You will waste your ink all the time and be in the same situation as us. Don't buy this and don't purchase from Best Buy as they will no stand behind any of their products. They push you on the manufacturers who have no relationship with you and no reason to support you. Bad product, bad experience, don't do it...I have warned you.

Some issues with the unit doing wifi printing. All that it requires to fix is unplugging it and plugging it back in, but it’s 2025 and we should be past these minor headaches

I returned this item for another printer. This model does not have an automatic document feed, which is something I wanted. The ink is less expensive, with this model, which is nice.

Copies and scans are very clear and clean! Also like the economy and efficiency of refilling ink reservoirs rather than replacing cartridges.

It has been six weeks. So far seems to print color images fairly well. Don't care for the tiny screen, not the best for those of us with not the sharped eyes. I don't use the scanner, have another that works great.

EcoTank has been exactly as advertised. Very easy to set-up, great for business purposes, and has all of the new technology needed for connectivity.

It's a color printer. The reason I purchased it was to avoid high replacement ink costs. Print Quality is average and gets the job done. We'll see how long this large tank of ink lasts. Thats the main selling point.

This is a good printer. Not a great printer but a good one. The pros: great on ink, easy to use, and does a pretty good job The cons: prints rather slowly, leaves streak marks on occasion even after cleaning, ink was harder to find than expected

Good printer! Simple to install and set up. Like the ink tanks. Can print large files,20 plus pages, without losing print quality. Prints relatively quickly for a home printer. Only negative is that most of the printer is made of plastic. Seems fragile when you take it out of the box. Overall, a good value.

An overall excellent printer choice. Cost effective, user friendly, and the ink cartridges should last for months and months. Combined with the total tech protection, you can't go wrong dealing with Best Buy for electronics, appliances, and just about everything! The sales staff is quite impressive too!
