It works well. We don’t print a lot but when we do it’s nice to turn in a computer, laptop, tablet or phone, press the print icon and have the printer print. No more fictitious paper jams, misaligned printer cartridges or other interruptions in what should be a simple process.
The ink setup was new to us. Attaching a bottle of ink to refill the cartridges and watching the level rise as it transfer from bottle to cartridge without having to remove and dispose of old cartridges is very efficient. The ink also seems to be significantly less expensive to refill in this manner and creates less waste then hard plastic cartridges with chips in them.
Setup was very easy with the app and step by step instructions.

I bought this for the purpose of my new business. I actually am not using the printer for the purpose of it. I am printing but I am using it to print dye sublimation. So, once I changed the ink in the cartridges I cannot go back and use the printer for the actual use. But, it’s working perfectly for what I need. I am very happy with my purchase. The price was great. I didn’t get it at my local store but I had to go to the next city over to get it due to stock. Other than that, I am very happy with the printer. My husband purchased another one for regular office use. She loves it.

I've bought many (too many) inkjet printers over the years and this one's been my favorite. My PC doesn't lose connection with it (like constantly happens with the HP printers I've owned and despised), prints good quality, and the ink refill system -- while unique -- works really well. The only negatives are with scanning: Epson doesn't have scanning software for desktops/laptops, and you can only scan one sheet at a time.

The ecotank Et-2800 is a state of the art printer. This printer has all the high-end qualities that an office or print shop printer has. It exceeds high expectation in getting all my printing jobs done. The printer does a great job for large amount of copying. I used it to work on a project that required a huge amount of printing and it really supported what I needed. The copies were just outstanding in color. This is a one stop shop if you need to fax ,scan. I used it to print 2 sided documentsand it worked very well. The features on this printer is a must have if you do many task on your printer. I Love the auto copy/scan mode .It has a multi paper tray so that i can do more than one job at a time, this is great for me. The Wi -fi feature allows me to work room anywhere in the house. And it also has mobile printing as to where i can use documents from cell phone to print from. The touch screen is so unique because it makes printing easy to navigate. The other feature that is a plus is the ink replacement bottles. The ink replacement system will save me so much money over the long haul because it will last a long time before i run out of ink.I am so glad to be able to have such a high -end printer with a super tank that produces great work and saves money and time in doing so.This is a review for the Epson Ecotank Et- 2800 wireless printer that I received free of charge to da a beta test and review .

The printer is low cost and easy to use. I love being able to connect it to both my computer and the kids' computers so everyone can print. I homeschool, so the kids being able to print school work out on their own is really useful. The ink is easy to fill, and it prints fairly quickly.

Very disappointed. I like the Eco Tank idea and the printer actually works very well. What disappointed me is that it WON'T print two-sided documents. I had purchased the hp tank printer and it did so I assumed that the Epson would, too, but no. Sure, I can print one page, turn it over and reinsert it, print the second page, etc, but that take four or five times the time that just printing both sides automatically would take. I DO NOT recommend this printer to anyone. DON'T get it. I wonder if they would take it back because it doesn't print the way I thought it would...

Having only used the printer/scanner/copier for 2 days now, I am very happy with it, after a rough start. No, not installation and connections; that was very easy with the Epson APP. Well done.
The rough start was a manufacturing defect which resulted in a 2" black band printed top to bottom on every sheet when you copied or scanned. (Printing through WiFi was fine.)
After a lengthy but efficient troubleshooting session with the EPSON call center, it was determined to be a hardware defect. They overnighted me a new machine, and I shipped the defective one back. The whole thing was a time consuming event, but EPSON couldn't have handled the issue better. The new one prints/scans/copies as expected.
