Great printer. Almost impossible to hook up to internet. I was told it was just follow directions or they'd send someone out for a hundred bucks after conversations on a chat, I'm sure they didn't know what to do either after speaking to them. I had some tech savvy friends try. I had to call Epson and they saved me a hundred bucks.

This is a great all-in-one printer for a reasonable price. I have scanned text and it does a great job. Also scanned a color photo on ultra glossy paper, which came out amazing. I initially purchased this Epson WorkForce Pro ET-2800 Wireless all-in-one because I needed a scanner to scan PDF files. I also needed a copier; however, I make few copies. I have an HP-Laser old printer where I print all my black and white text, which is my main printing.
I have been pleasantly surprised at the Epson's capability. If I print text with color images, I will use my Epson. There is a guide that comes with the installation CD. Even with the guide, you need to learn how things work, as the explanation needs some hands-on experience. After reading all the reviews, I wasn't sure how this all-in-one would perform, but so far I have been pleased. What I did note was that most of the gripes in the reviews had to do with the expensive cartridges. Unfortunately, color ink has always been expensive. The quality of my first photo print will justify the cost of the cartridges. Eventually, I am sure there will be recycled cartridges available eventually ; however, I don't think they will perform quite as well as the Epson cartridges.

Great printer for small business. The staff was very helpful, and took time to make sure it would be compatible with my Chromebook. It was easy to fill and set up.

Well for starters, I haven't used the printer all that much, but the print quality looks good, the ease of setup was great, the many features makes this a great home printer. I need to see how long the ink last, (time will tell).

As an engineers, I print a lot of reference photos and reference material in color. The Epson has beautiful print quality, especially on the heavier Epson color printer paper. I’ve only had it for a few weeks, but have used it quite a bit, for new material and to reprint older material that didn’t print well with my older Canon color inkjet printer (thank goodness the cartridges got lost in a move and I decided to replace it).
Setup was easy to do, between the little brochure and on screen guidance, I loaded up the ink wells easily and did all the test prints (which were perfect right out of the box). I’ve since printed a lot of material and photos and there is barely a noticeable decrease in the ink tanks. I wish that the screen was a tad larger but even with my older eyes I can read it, and the print quality is so good that I can live with the screen. I didn’t give tech support any stars only because I didn’t have to use them for anything.
Overall, I am very impressed with the Epson printer and would recommend it highly for superior color prints. When I want to print just everyday stuff (bills, etc.) I use black printing only on cheaper paper- it still prints clearly.
