This printer is great. We got it set up in about 30 minutes, loaded the software, and we were printing right away. We are very pleased with the product. I also must mention the Best Buy staff were extremely helpful and it was easy to return a printer that was not what we expected.

I like the printer but I wasn't very happy when paper had gotten stuck in it and I had only used it a couple times before it quit working. I took it back to Best Buy and the guy told me he wasn't able to fix that brand of printer. I got a little upset because I felt I had just threw away alot of money. The guy then took my printer to the back room where another guy was able to get the paper out that was stuck in it. I won't be buying this type of printer again since it is so hard to get it fixed.

Easy to setup. Print quality is very good. Quiet when printing, compared to the Epson Workforce 2750 it replaces.

[Employee of bestbuy] Easy to use and setup. My salesmen friend at best buy constantly recommended the epson line for household use. It took about half an hour of setup, the first 5 minutes were me and the other 25 were the printer updating itself.

The printer is well-designed and easy to set up. I like that it prints with nice ink-efficiency; that is, the ink doesn't bleed much through my thin paper, which is nice for printing pictures on both sides. The colors and resolution are very decent, and text prints well, too. The cartridge-free feature is nice and cost-saving. The software on my phone and computer for it are quite easy-to-use. Duplexing is a little bit tricky, though (but I knew this when I bought it) and occasionally I have trouble connecting my phone to it (but usually it connects fine).

Super easy to set up. Ink was a breeze to fill. Simple to load up on all my devices.

Perfect, because it does the quality printing that I was hoping for and now I don't have to worry about the black ink cartridge always running low or needing to replace the red ink, which I rarely use and mysteriosly vanishes.

The ET-2800 ink-tank saves on money! Print quality is super! I use the ET-2800 to print hard copies from a course I’m taking, print a few ebooks and print/scan documents, also. I would never print out ebooks on anything other than an eco tank printer. Haven’t had to use tech support yet on this one, but with my first Epson eco-tank printer the tech support was always very helpful. Prints fast, quiet, great value for the price without question and I highly recommend it!

I really like my new printer. Only issue is I set it up on my phone first and it works great...now I need to figure out how to add to my Chromebook.

Printer works great, but set up due to poor instructions took about 3 hours (part due to my not knowing if downloads needed to be opened). Other screens opened up after I thought I was done. Ink easy to load, printing is great. Will see how many copies I really get in black ink. Had a brother 895 printer that ate me alive on black ink.

I purchased this all in one printer because I like the operations of it and the ink cartridges that I buy for it. It prints very clear and precise and it is convenient for my needs. I love Epson products since the early 2000's and they are very good to use and their photo paper, everyday printing, and their accurate speeds and double sided printing too. Epson is a good device and all in one to choose and I am learning more ways to use my printer and Epson's products.

Does what its suppose to do, lightweight and the ink lasts forever unlike those cartridge printers. I actually use my for sublimation printing and works great! If your into sublimation looking for a printer this one is great just do not install the ink that came with it, only put in sublimation ink.

The best printer for homeschooling moms and small businesses. This is by far the most cost-effective printer I’ve ever used. If you want to save money and have high printing demands, this printer is perfect—it doesn't cost much to refill and My wife has been using it daily for a year now, and it hasn’t missed a beat. We’ve only needed to refill the ink once since we bought it.

Love new printer ! I was able to hook up myself and pair it to a few different sources to print from !
