I work in IT, i bought this for personal use. Its great if it doesnt have one of the 40,000 formware updates, paper jams, and God forbid you have to cancel a print job. Because that process goes on for insane amounts of time. Could be 29 seconds couldnben3 hours. And you cant print until it stops flashing. I cant tell you how many times i have needed to print relatively quick and have to wait 15 minutes. It is a printer, it shouldn't need more updstes than a PC. And no option to bypass, you wait. I printed a eulogy one night. Made a few changes. Next day 30 minutes. There are no warnings, no bypasses. If you never are in a hurry, get it. I was always told not to purchase Epson and i didn't listen. You won't save on ink either. That is a scam.

I have so many issues with it though. With lines going across my page and drips of ink, I do the printer maintenance option frequently but it is still an issue no matter how many times I do it
