I knew we wanted an eco-tank model for ink instead of cartridges so we took a shot on this one. The screen interface is tiny but you manage everything through an app on your phone so that's not really hindrance.

Oddly, this Epson printer does not open from the back - where paper jams take place. You can only access the jam from the front and try to pull the paper through - which did not work - because the paper is jammed from the back of the roller feed. Super poor design for a printer!!! The other Epson printers have clips on the back to quickly remove the back and remove a paper jam. Took this back and purchased a different printer that is on sale.
