Fatal Design Flaw - Can't Remove Paper Jam!

Oddly, this Epson printer does not open from the back - where paper jams take place. You can only access the jam from the front and try to pull the paper through - which did not work - because the paper is jammed from the back of the roller feed. Super poor design for a printer!!! The other Epson printers have clips on the back to quickly remove the back and remove a paper jam. Took this back and purchased a different printer that is on sale.

Have experienced unpredictable results when printing from random app or internet pages. Sufficient for quickly printing docs which don’t require high quality. Would never use for pictures but plain documents are okay.
