Its been nothing but issues with paper jams and then all of a sudden the paper feed is done. Rollers arent grabbing the paper, such a waste of $200! Its stuck on an error saying “Some paper is still inside. Load A4 size paper in Rear Paper Feed Slot” and the power button wont stop blinking. Im just going to take my losses and buy another. Staying away from Epson!

After a very timely setup and cleaning the nozzles, aligning the print head, and reading through page of settings and online help I’ve just decided this thing is just an overall piece of junk and the most disappointing product we’ve bought in years. Even after all that I still get Lines in a color print (see photo). Hate to say it but maybe we should have stick with HP. Of course finding support online takes around the same amount of time that it would take to get a graduate degree so I guess we are stuck with this thing. Sigh.
