Works great, I never had a problem with it. Great for sublimation

I love this printer is great for sublimation prints always come out bright and beautiful. I just couldn’t use the ink that came with it because I didn’t need it so just throw away says that everything‘s great.

This is the second time I have purchased the eco tank. Well worth the money spent . The ink bottles lasted well over a year, and a half (18mo )… and replacement ink is less than 50$ awesome printer great value!!

Very good purchase for sublimation tumblers prints very well

This is a great printer. The only problem i have with it is the screen is super tiny! I have bifocals and i can not see this screen! You have to bend down to see it and be even with it for it to be clear. Other than that, its a really nice printer.

Love this printer so far! I printed about 100 pages and the ink level changed by ¼ or less. Easy setup

I’m a sped teacher and so I do lots of printings for my students. Many of those is making them some file folders which includes visuals. I bought this printer thinking it would give me that color vibrant quality. Instead the color comes out not looking the way it’s supposed to look. Also I have done a cleaning but images come out with lines. The red does not look red. I went ahead and put an image with a red pen so you can see the difference.

Absolutely wonderful printer. All of my prints are printing with precise and gorgeous. I will never buy another printer.

Purchased it to convert it to a sublimation printer and it works perfectly! It was very easy to install. I would recommend it for sublimation or for standard printing as well.

This printer was easy to set up and works great. The best thing about it though is ink consumption seems to be much better than any other printer I have owned.

Total Failure, EPSON is joking with this product. Let me explain: 1) The scanner doesn't work out of the box, and the screen gives error code 100016, which doesn't exist in the manual or any piece of documentation. By the way, the documentation is on the EPSON support website. 2) This error doesn't allow the printer to be configured from the computer, so I had to (forcefully) use the app. It took me two attempts to complete the process but I accomplished printing a test page, even with the scanner error still on the screen. 3) Even while using the app, I had to download all the software from the EPSON website. It asked for a firmware update, which took three attempts to install since it interrupted itself two times at different points of progress. 4) Updating the firmware didn't solve the scanner issue, which renders the printer unusable from the setup screen since it blocks access to the commands/options section. 5) I looked online for information about the error code and sure enough, I found out it's very common for this model. It requires opening the printer to access internal parts and re-insert a gear that gets easily out of place (the scanner can't move). 6) Fun fact: NONE of the more than 3000 reviews or 500 questions at the Best Buy website mention this error. I don't think it's a coincidence, no wonder it has a 4.5 star rating. A waste of time and money, I ended up printing at Office Depot paying premium price per page. The printer is going back to Best Buy tomorrow.

This has been a fantastic printer for me. It was very easy to step up and the print quality is awesome. I like the fact that you can make copies or scan to make digital copies. The large capacity ink that these printers hold is the way to go.

Easy to set up. I have already printed a ton of pages and barely put a dent in the ink. Should have purchased sooner.

I converted this printer into sublimation. Haven't had any issues with printing or dtf paper going intobthe printer.

I love the new printer. It’s faster and better quality than my old HP. It was easy to install as well.
