Message saying "paper mismatch". I've never printed anything other than letter size. Prints blanks sheets sometimes for no reason. Not poor quality...NOTHING. Tiny LCD screen where you can barely read the message and icons without a magnifying glass.

Little explanation of display menu. It took Google searches and individuals' YouTube videos to find out how to update firmware.
