    I'm sure this printer would be good for someone who only prints documents. I didn't try printing photos. It definitely does not print greeting cards. The 3 questions I asked before purchasing were if it printed greeting cards, photos and documents. I was told it did. The first time I tried printing a card, it crinkled the paper and left black ink spots all over it. I contacted Epson and was told this printer does not support card stock. I returned the printer.

    NO-No-No!!! I have had Epson printers for years, both for home and business. This printer is horrible! It keeps dropping wi fi and you cannot print wirelessly. It will show a full wi fi signal yet will not print wirelessly. I am not going to keep calling Epson support and working on this problem for an hour and half each time. Problem will be fixed, works for a hour or day then same problem happens over and over. We are currently using a 3 year old wireless printer that works great. We purchased this printer so we can refill the ink to cut back on buying so many cartridges. I am so disappointed this is not working out and has been such a pain! This is not a wi fi in house problem. This is an Epson ET-2850 problem. I only gave one star for everything because I can’t judge quality and value of something that will not work correctly. We will be returning this copier to the store tonight.

    This machine makes too much noise while printing even after I put on silent mode...Not happy with it.

    Printer was solid for the first 6-8 months. Went about 2-3 months of not using it and I’m not sure if the ink dried up or got stuck in the cartridge but multiple colors do not print despite being full.

    I have never hated a printer as much as I do this one. I bought it for my business and it sucks. Either it is always disconnecting from my wifi, saying that its out of paper, (when theres paper loaded), ink gets clogged.... Very undependable!

    Purchased and returned in a couple months for color ink distortion. It was replaced and in a year with minimal printing it will now NOT Print in color even after filling with $75 worth of brand new ink, Dont waste your money. This one is going back too

    Very easy to set up on my laptop. Good quality prints. Have been printing almost daily and the ink levels are basically where they were after setup was complete.

    This is the worst printer I have ever had. It is NOT user friendly, NOT intuitive, does NOT come with a user’s guide. The screen is the size of a postage stamp. I have wasted a ridiculous amount of time on this printer. I unplugged it and plugged my very old HP back in. I will now use my old HP to print the 259 page user’s guide. I will most likely use this printer as a door stop.

    I decided to switch from an HP unit that had automatic ink replacement by mail. HP never had good photo print quality. I always felt Epson had the edge on photo printing

    I was disappointed in the photo quality of this printer and probable will never use it for photos! I don't print many so it's not that big a deal but for the price this printer should do much better than it does. The deal breaker is the size of the display screen. It is totally useless. I was going to return it but I missed the return window and that is on me.

    Worked when new, basically needed head cleaning every use after warranty expired. And head cleaning used dozens of pages. Junked it

    Terrible connectivity. Air drop printing doesn’t work from an iPhone. Print quality is bad. Pixilated prints. Cuts tops of lines off at start of each paragraph. Don’t waste your money on this printer.
