This is my second Epson Eco Tank printer. The one great thing is the elimination of having to replace cartridges! Getting started you can use the Epson Smart Panel App to easily set everything up. In color its stated to print 5 pages per second and black and white will give you 10.5 pages per second. It also has 2 sided printing. It says what's provided will be enough to print up to 7,500 pages black/6,000 color, equivalent to about 90 individual ink cartridges Setting the ink up was very simple and neat. No messing with ink heads. The way you fill this is idea! It comes with bottles for each color. When you go to fill each it has a little surround around the head of the bottle that connects firmly to the designated slot on the printer so there's no spilled ink or mess. It automatically stops filling once its full and you simply disconnect the bottle and save the rest for later. It has a multi keypad so you can select through all of the prompts while setting up or selecting what you want to do. Over all its a great little printer with scanning capabilities and a multitude of functions you can use for just about any printing task I'd recommend it to others

After much research this Epson Eco tank was purchased. We had definite size constraints and desired a unit that was user friendly and had acceptable ink replacement costs. Set up was extremely easy and we used a hard wire set up without the need to link to phones. Filling the ink tanks was convenient and thankfully produced no mess. We have already purchased replacement ink bottles to have on hand for the future. Print quality is excellent and suits our limited printing needs.

Printer was easy to set up. Connection to home network was almost instantaneous. Printer is a little loud, but the quality is worth it.

Great printer! Easy to setup and use. Great for printing photos on photo quality paper. Ink lasts longer than cartridges, and much cheaper.

So far I am very happy with theEcoTank ET-2850. In terms of features, it's really no different than most printers on the market. Print, copy & scan are all here. For home or small business use it has what you need. The big selling point is the new EcoTank bottles that claim up to a 90% savings on ink. If true, that is impressive! Now it will take long term use to determine how true that claim is. But so far I have to think there will be a big savings either way. I've tested it out with regular & photo printing (full legal size paper) and I am very happy. If you do a good amount of photo printing, using the ink bottles may be what you are looking for. Photos of course eat thru ink very fast. So far, after printing 7 prints on photo quality paper along with some documents the ink level has yet to drop. I know for a fact my old printer with traditional cartridges would show a decrease already. Not only does using the bottles to refill allow the printer to hold more ink, but from what I've seen from pricing out the bottles they are cheaper than the traditional cartridges as well. So you get Epson quality (my personal favorite after having used all the major brands), all the features you could need and you get long lasting ink at a reduced cost to refill. Pretty much can't find a reason not to get the EcoTank ET-2850.

I love it for the price. Pictures turn out better tha. I expected. Print does too. I always use the best quality options. There are a few draw backs though. It is extreemly slow and it does not have an ethernet port. Also the wifi is 2.4 ghz only. I would have also like it to wake up/power up when i sent something to the printer. I print very little but everything i print with this printer looks beautiful. My next printer will be the next model up with the much faster printing and a eithernet port. All in all for me, this printer is great. The ink option is fantastic. I am used to HP office 8600 pro. The printed pictures on the Epson are way better and the ink will last so much longer. It will be way less expensive in long run. Yes, i got a great printer and would recommend it to my family as a starter or low duty printer. If i hadn't bought this one I'd got the next one up with an eithernet port and much faster print engine.

The Epson - EcoTank ET-2850 All-in-One Cartridge-Free Supertank Printer is a great new way to print. I love the cartridge-free design. It's definitely the most efficient and ink preserving printer I've ever used. The prints are vibrant and clear. Black and white documents are crisp, each letter is distinct and no smudges. The high capacity reservoir means you can print many pictures and documents without having to replace ink. Best of all, you only have to replace the ink you use the most instead of the entire reservoir. This printer is pretty fast. You can print multiple pages in no time. Even pictures are printed quickly which is amazing. Print on dual-sided using the duplex feature. You can even scan images and documents directly onto your computer/laptop/mobile device using the high-resolution scanner. It's really convenient to be able to capture documents in fine detail right on your device. The Epson - EcoTank ET-2850 All-in-One Cartridge-Free Supertank Printer is perfect for your home or office. I highly recommend it.

Easy to install. Crisp copies. Works for me as I tend to print quite a bit of forms. Having liquid ink, last a lot longer.

Love this new printer, easy step by step set up. Very easy to fill ink with out a big mess. Works great from all devices computer, ipad and iPhone. Looks great, and prints even better.

I was not happy with my previous printer. Thought I'd give the eco tank technology a try. So far, so good. The ink seems to last longer and is super easy to fill.

Totally easy setup! Filling the ink tanks was also easy. Plenty of ink for lots of copies. First few print jobs were terrible. I conducted two printer head cleanings and it fixed the problem. Copies were clean and crisp. The

This has been a great investment but there are a few things to note. -This printer only has a paper feeder on the back of the machine. -The printer cannot print on thicker paper. I tried 110lb paper and it would not print. -The colors are very vibrant but the printer can be VERY slow. I make stickers and stationary and print on high setting and this slows the print speed significantly. Sometimes it takes 5-10 minutes to print 5-8 pages on full color images.

I had an HP printer with the monthly service and I am so tired of worrying about how many sheets I'm printing and rationing what I print, and if I stopped paying they would brick my printer and make me throw the cartridges away and get new ones if I started a new plan. This printer was recommended to my by several people and I see why they like it so much. It prints very well and seems to hold an unlimited supply of ink. I would highly recommend this printer.

Not the most expensive but one of the best printers I've ever owned. The cartridge free supertank is just purely an amazing idea that's so simple that you would think they implemented this years ago. It's really affordable and you won't be buying a printer for many many years after this one. No more having to deal with cartridges that you replace what feels like months. Print quality for my shipping labels is always sharp and crisp as well as important legal documents. The overall design and simple and clean as well. Highly recommended!

Great printer at a reasonable price with easy setup.

Excellent quality printer/Scanner I can't believe it took me so long to get an Eco Tank printer the toner level is fantastic. The only problem I had is with printing envelopes, before on other brand printers they almost all print envelopes with out having to set up the printer. Other than that I am more than satisfied with this machine and it fist my need perfectly
