Great and economical prints clear and fast.Great on ink and refill doesn't cost alot

Easy to set up printer. Prints clear black/white and color.

Bought a new Epson Printer from Best Buy and it works great! Have not had to use Geek Squad yet.

So far the printer has been great. My only complaint is the paper doesn't feed as well as it should. Well worth the inconvenience if the ink last as long as it should.

The only complaints I would have is the ink needs to be used often, meaning you should print test pages every once in a while - not meant to be dormant. The quality is a B++ - if you’re looking for a top quality for images, I would suggest a different printer. But for frequent use, this is your best choice

Really liking this printer. It used to be when yopu bought a new printer it came with ink tanks that were barely filled so you could buy more cartridges shortly after buying the printer. With the refillable tanks, this unit came with full bottles of ink. Takes about 20 minutes to set up using the app for your phone. Not the fastest printer in the world, but that isn't important for my home use.

This is a great printer. Highly recommend. I only wish it had a paper tray vs loading paper in the back.

It is very slow to print photos on photo paper also slow printing letter paper with color. Actually, compared to my Canon, overall printing is slow. As far as I can figure you need to save a scan before printing or sending it plus, in one scan option, you can’t rename the scan before saving and filing it, It doesn’t have two paper trays which I had not check on before buying so my fault just alerting other people to be aware of this. Although it does communicate well using AirPrint with the device and printer in separate locations sometimes it doesn’t and I’m not sure why. I think something in the settings which I haven’t located yet. There is a learning curve with this printer usually involving lack of clarity in instructions (if you can find relevant/comprehensive instructions.). Printing two-sided is slow. Much of the printer is not intuitive even in places it should be. I think it would be difficult for someone with no printer experience to start with this one. And then again, perhaps a person with a younger brain than mine would find this all a piece of cake and run with it. I should Include that the final product is very good but just takes effort and time to make it so.

It does everything I wanted it to do. It is small and relatively inexpensive, and makes very good prints and copies.

Love the price and i use my printer for sublimation and it works great. Colorful prints

It was a bit of a hassle to set up, but I think probably most printers are these days. I like the ink tank concept, their ink is much more reasonable, cost wise, than the other guys that will go un-named. I looked at a lot of printers to replace my hp office pro all in one, and decided that the Epson 2850 really did all that I needed for my home office. I mean, who sends a fax anymore?

Prints documents well. The envelope and photo printing instructions are ambiguous. Set up was fairly easy. Overall I give this printer a 4 star rating.

Eady to use, reliable, and ink lasts a long time; and replacement ink cost one half that of our old printer. Easy to print from my mobike phone. I love this printer!
