I was tired of spending so much on printer cartridges, so when my laser printer broke down, I went to Best Buy to see what was out there. Was looking at Canon and HP when sales person suggested I look at this Epson. So glad he did! These bottles are much more reasonable and the bottle prints 7,500 copies before needing replenishment! Get this model if you want 2-SIDED PRINTING which was a MUST for me. Highly recommend.

I've had this just over a month and I am looking forward to see how long this printer lasts. Seems to be about a 2 year average life for me with printers. Always odd issues that would cost more to fix than buy another printer. The EcoTank feature is where I am curious to see how things go when it's time to refill/etc. So far, printed items look good, I have not tried a photo as of yet, but I did not buy it for that option.

Print quality is good, the features "just work", and I absolutely love the EcoTank reservoir idea, and not having cartridges randomly expire because eff you that's why. The downside to the reservoir is that if you don't print regularly, the ink dries out in the print head and you need to clean it. Repeatedly. That said, I'd much rather clean the print head than have to run to the store to buy new cartridges because an arbitrary date has come and gone.

Best ever. Easy setup, prints beautifully. I’m a crafter and this printer prints very nicely.

The print was easy to set up and use. I espcially enjoy the new ink tank system it has. Prints relatively quickly as well.

Great printer! Easy to use. Lots of printer options. I was reluctant about using the refill ink options but they make it so easy now. Instructions for set up easy to understand. The Best Buy staff member who assisted was very good. He had answers to most everything and the couple of times he didn't he was able to find it right away. So we left without any confusion. He made it easy.

This printer is very nice sized for a home office and I love the eco-tank. It prints very well and seems to use less ink that the printer it replaced. Recommended.

My grandchildren live with me and are constantly needing to print assignments for school. We were going through ink cartridges left and right with our old printer. After reading about the EcoTank I decided to give it a try to see if it will, in fact, be more economical. I had a few hiccups getting it to print, but once I got the right settings in place it started to rock & roll. So far, it is living up to the promise.

Printer has been excellent. Great print quality, affordable, and easy to use ink.

New to homeschool and this is great for printing and copying. I am able to print from my phone downloaded files from the app, and if you don't want to print the whole file, it will let u select the page range. It's been 3 months almost of daily printing and the ink levels are nearly at the same levels as the day I filled them. I am sold on this printer and will never use any other type again. Eco tank forever!!

Finally a printer worth having and the pages per print are awesome very easy to refill

Works fairly well as network printer at home. Some connectivity issues from win 11 laptop that require uninstall of printer and then reinstall of printer. Works well from android phones and ipads. Prints well and ink appears to be muck cheaper than individual color cartridges.

Easy to install, easy to add ink, scans quickly, prints well. Disappointed the max dpi on the scanner is 300 - my old piece of crap did 600.

[Employee of bestbuy] This printer worked great for me. I used it for sublimation with sublimation ink from amazon. It gave out on me only after some installers installed an A/C unit and dropped debris on it. I took it into best buy to use the warranty bought and i replaced it. Worked great.

We love this printer. It was very easy to set up and prints fast.

A friend recrecommened this printer, it is so quire, easy to set up, the bottles are so easy to put ink in the tank, no mess for me. Have not printed a photo yet. Does nit have a fax. The customer service is excellent.
