Easy to set up, very easy to use and navigate through the app. A real good quality printer, very happy with this printer.

Overall, the printer is good. The documentation for setup and use is confusing. While this is a printer on a wireless network, the documentation is vague on how multiple computers use the printer in a networked capacity - like having all scans go to a single folder on a networked harddrive.

I love my new ET-2850 Epson Eco-Tank. Easy operation and ink that lasts for a very long time. This is my second Epson, but very different with its ink bottles that you use to fill your machine rather than buying expensive cartridges. I was a little leery at first, but am very happy with my purchase.

Needing a dedicated printer / scanner for our newly established small business, we found this one at your Sarasota (Tamiami Trail) store that appeared to fit the bill. After an in-store experience that wasn't great (very unusual at this store), then a very easy set up at home, the machine has since been excellent...definitely worth recommending.

I bought this for my daughter to replace the HP printer I had initially purchased for college. (The ink needed to be replaced after just over a month of use.) So far, she is extremely pleased with the quality of the documents and the double sided ability to copy is an amazing plus. Many of my teacher friends suggested this because of the amazing longevity of the ink. (This has been used in one classroom for months, over 10,000 copies, with little ink movement. As a former classroom teacher, that is impressive.) My daughter has used this already much more than the previous HP printer and the ink levels have barely moved at all. I am very grateful that we found out about your amazing product. In the long run, I should save so much without the frequent ink cartridge replacements. The initial price of this product might sway people from purchasing this at first, but if you factor in the ink cartridge replacements with the cheaper HP options, you soon see that in the long run, the cheaper initial cost of the HP leads to a more expensive purchase in the end.

Better than expected. I’m using it as a sublimation printer. It it very easy to set up and the print quality is great!

Great printer! It's fast and the print looks amazing! I'm still trying to figure out why my it seems to print my pictures larger than it should which cuts out part of the picture, but I'm sure its just a setting on my phone or printer that I haven't figured out yet.

This is a great printer. Was easy to setup and the things that I have printed and copied came out clear and precise.

We homeschool. We print our curriculum and laminate it to reuse for our other kids. Ink is great, printer prints well, app is nice and actually works and quickly, prints are crisp and fast. Love that ink is easy to fill and the bottle fill method is great.

Great printer for the price. It would be five stars but the wifi connection to my computer was inconsistent so I had to switch to wired connection. As a print however, it work great!

Great little printer, at least for small jobs! Easy setup. Sharper pictures and text than expected.

it was a challenge to get it hooked up but once i did, i was very pleased with this printer

Excellent printer. Works as described. Used it for almist a year abd ink is at 50%. Printer 3000 pages all with cokor graphics. I chose this printer because of the large ink tanks. Also, generic ink is available at a low price. You pau loys more for the printer, but save on the ink. My first printer was an Epson MX80 dot matrix back in the early 80's. Printers sure have come a long way!

Prints extremely well. Love the new ink loading process. Very happy with purchase.

I have had this for about a month or so. It was a lot easier to set up than I thought it would be. The ink seems to be lasting and I like the fact that you can see your levels and know when you're going to need to refill without getting a warning on the printer that you're out of ink when you try to print.

This printer ie better tha the HP we had , easy to fill, prints good on every choice, I would recommend it to everyone.
