Epson Eco Tank ET-2850 Printer

What I am disappointed in is how you have to feed the paper in through the back of the printer rather than have a drawer with pickup. To get that feature you have spend another $100.00 on a printer that is already over $200.00.

We printed 35 4*6 pictures and it barely used any ink. I would recommend print on photo paper, it was not very impressive pictures on regular paper. We print more text anyway, so this will definitely fit our needs

The printing is seamless, though not as quick as we were used to-a small price to pay for a significantly less expensive printer to both buy and use!

Epson EB2850 printer

I prefer a paper carriage to the backloading format. Print quality is good. The price was reasonable.

Eliminates the constant need to buy more ink cartridges. Quality of print is fair but not top notch. Not a fan of having to routinely update the Epson software. Does not maintain strong connection to devices and goes off-line regularly, that's a pain.

slow, no tray to keep paper loaded, nice ink wells

I had a photo printer before by canon, and it was much faster. I do like the large ink wells, which is what drew me to it, but not happy with the speed or that i have to load from behind and not in a tray.

This supertank printer will save you money on ink. With the projected ink use, it will pay for itself in about 1.5 years. This 2-sided printer works flawlessly (so far), and I am very pleased with the purchase. The trade-in for my old printer was a bonus!
