works great set up directions lacking for computer geek squad in home excellent replaced a hp printer always out of ink dried out

Very efficient and ease of use. Now my kids are not dependent on the cartridges being out when they have to print their homework. Must have and very reliable for home printing needs.

My first time using an Epson printer Liking the possibilities The set up was easy

I absolutely hate this printer!! I bought it as a replacement for a Workforce that works perfectly well only because that thing goes through those tiny little ink cartridges like nobody’s business. While I loved the idea of the large ink supplies, the thing is completely frustrating when I send something to print. Completely unreliable! It may start in the middle of a page and quit before the completion of the task. And don’t put in a second request before it’s done with the first. It loses its mind! I set my old one back up and put this thing back in the box and it picked right back up like a champ! I can send one request after another and it doesn’t miss a beat.

I own 2 of these plus I own another one. That's a twenty seven twenty, and they're all excellent

I love the eco-tank concept - it really saves on ink costs. However, two months after my warranty expired (i.e., only 14 months old), it stopped receiving print jobs from any device (it's on the network, but isn't getting the print jobs). I'll probably go back to HP since I've always had very good luck with them.

A little slow, and UI and software can be finicky. But overall works well for the price.

So we bought this for my girlfriend with a class that requires printouts and scanning, and we hoped it would also save money on ink. While it might save money on ink, the sheer irritation we experience daily when trying to reconnect this printer to her laptop (mirrored by plenty on reddit) may have that money funneling right back into therapy. Consider another brand's eco line until their software situation is resolved.

It is working fine and had no trouble connecting with our computers. Very happy with it.

The printer works great, but setting it up was a bit of a struggle due to the programming via the internet and was very time consuming (60 min to get it uploaded). Downside of the printer is the holding of the paper. You could only fit 10 pages in the holder, other than that, once everything was complete and set up it worked good. I think the price was overrated for this size of a printer.

I was spending a fortune on ink cartridges, no more! Great, crisp prints; I print full page color sheets for craft projects, so this has been the perfect solution for me.

It was easy to setup and print quality is good. It prints louder than expected & that's a little disappointing. Overall the Epson Ecotank 2850 is a good printer.

Appears to be working good, except it doesn't like the way i put in the blank paper. Doesnt appear to use too much ink and print quality is good.
