Problem right out of the box

It wouldn't connect to any computer or device in my home. We checked Wi-Fi multiple times, made sure all devices were on same network, etc. and nothing. Finally had to order a cord to hardwire it to our desktop. The ink tank is a great idea, but the nozzles get clogged if you don't use it at least every couple of days. If we let it go a week without using, then we have to run the clean cycle for the heads, which is time consuming and a waste of ink. The printing quality is low at best. Not bright at all, very dull with color and black, hard to read anything that is printed on it. I gave it 6 months before writing this review to see if anything improved, but it did not. I don't know if this specific one was a lemon, but I will not be purchasing another Epson Ecotank.

Printer loses connectivity to network 3 times/day

I got free next day delivery too. Setup wasn’t bad. The ink reservoirs are big and ink levels have not moved with daily printing. However, The printer loses connectivity with the network 2-3 times per day and must be turned off and on each time to acquire the network. My previous Epson printer was flawless, never had an issue with the same network. None of my many devices has any network connectivity issues.

And can be slow to print at times. The power cord is very touchy and even a minor bump can unplug it on the back of printer.
