Pros: - 2 sided auto print. - wifi connectivity print from mobile or laptop is very easy. - compact and easy to operate. Cons - slow printing - quality of printing colour is not accurate. Overall good for normal use. Best buy offers 500 pages bundle which is excellent.

Easy on Ink, High Error Frequency.

And can be slow to print at times. The power cord is very touchy and even a minor bump can unplug it on the back of printer.

I had a problem connecting it to my laptop but it hooked up to my phone with no problem. I have to set up a time to talk to tech support to setup to my laptop during daytime hours and that's hard for me to do...

The plastic screen is 2 1/2" across. But - when I turn it on to view the menu, the actual screen is only a miniscule 1" across. To see the details on it in have to use a magnifier. Unacceptable. The ink tanks I can refill are great though. I would have given the machine a 4 1/2 out of 5 if I could.

It kinda sucks as a regular printer. All Epsom products, that I have purchased, are regular pains for me. They want you to logon to their site etc. Print quality is excellent, slow, very slow. I have a photo printer which is much better then this if doing multiples. It also doesn't have a feeder, yuck! Their Epsom people, help center didn't even know this!Just a tedious over-priced must use their app printer. I actually dislike this product a lot-especially for the $800 price tag.
