Unfortunately, we had to return (may just be defective) it printed too slow and way too dark. My husband is an IT tech and we couldnt get it to correct. We went up to the Epson ET-3850 and are completely satisfied. It was a great price for this one but the 3850 is much better.

I did a class for Epson to support them but after 4 clogged in a row. The Canon is printing Great with Little print head cleaning. If I purchased another Epson 2800 series it would already be clogged. Did same regular Maintenance on Canon and NO print clog,, still going strong. Back to Canon period for life. I didn't believe it. I gave Mom my old Canon to use for just copying. Over 10 years pass Canon with a cartridge printer actually printed after sitting for years. I have 3 Epson with cleaning kit for sale. Buy the MegaTank Canon printer. And top off the ink tanks often this gets some fresh ink on the mix and helps to avoid clogs.
