We've tried for a week to get print driver to work with our iMac 24" - M3. We can't get past the error message Print is offline.

I like it so much that my siblings and I got one for my parents at Christmas. I am very tech challenged and I was able to set it up for both myself and my parents. The only minor complaint I have is that the window is very tiny.
