Works very well for home use. The only advice I have is to make sure you use the printer at least once a week. Otherwise the inkjets dry up and you need to replace the printer.

Good price. A little difficult to set up for a non-techie. Somewhat vague instructions.

Exactly what I need for my home use. I don't print a lot to begin with, but my old printer was constantly needing replacement ink cartridges. This unit looks like it solves that problem!

I enjoy shopping at Best Buy. The staff is great. The Printer I just purchased is one of the best I have ever used. The EcoTank is the best idea anyone has ever come up with. I will never go back to cartridge printers.

Hardly printed 10 pages and stopped working around 3rd week. Bestbuy location 'Eastvale' didn't take the return. Location manager was rude and said he can guide to recycle it instead of asking me to check with manufacturer. I called Epson, they send me email(s) for fixing, and it worked and printed another 10-15 pages and started printing badly again. Now, following up with Epson.

Great product, no more bulky ink cartridges, fumbling to get them to fit, just pour to fill and you're ready to print!!!!!!!!!

I love this printer for sublimation, although i always find myself having to clean the head because of the stripes that run through my ink when printing. Other than that. I would recommend.

I needed a new printer, love the fact that this one gives me options to print the WiFi option.

Saves alot of time and money having this at home for your office for school projects as well for the grandkids

This is the first printer I’ve had without cartridges and I will never go back. It’s super simple to ad ink and I like the fact that I can see how much ink is left.

I haven’t used this item yet but heard nothing but great things about it so I had to purchase it. I can’t wait to put it to the test.

hardware is good, but documentation is lacking. Little explanation of display menu. It took Google searches and individuals' YouTube videos to find out how to update firmware.

Love this printer so ink efficient already printed 400 pages and only 1/4 through one fill of our starter ink. There’s more ink left in the starter containers too.

knowledgeable staff great service great product, I had a lot of questions and the in-house support. Very helpful and times Saving.

This printer is great. It does not use much ink and I think overall that saves money. I have purchase the Epson 4760 and I like the touch screen on that model. If you have extra money get the 4760 but the 2850 works well also.

Excellent printer for documents and even photos. I’ve printed quite a bit and ink levels haven’t really moved from the full level yet.

Best printer i ever purchased. Printed 50 pages and 4 pictures and ink is still full. Would of been out of ink in my old printer. So worth it!!!

I really like my Epson printer. But no product is 100 %. I didn't know when I purchased it there was a certain kind of paper it used, which interrupt printing.

It's pretty good juzt make sure you get the proper paper for it otherwise it leaves line's on the paper..
