I enjoy shopping at Best Buy. The staff is great. The Printer I just purchased is one of the best I have ever used. The EcoTank is the best idea anyone has ever come up with. I will never go back to cartridge printers.

The reason for the three star is it is still putting lines in color printing. Printer says it needs an update, but cannot get it to successfully update.

Works very well for home use. The only advice I have is to make sure you use the printer at least once a week. Otherwise the inkjets dry up and you need to replace the printer.

I bought this printer to make stickers with my Cricut. The color quality is great. It is a little bit of a slower printer, but it is overall quiet and great quality.

Exactly what I need for my home use. I don't print a lot to begin with, but my old printer was constantly needing replacement ink cartridges. This unit looks like it solves that problem!

I love this printer for sublimation, although i always find myself having to clean the head because of the stripes that run through my ink when printing. Other than that. I would recommend.

good printer, the scanner is fabulous. we needed a better quality in the photos so it was not useful for us.

This is the worst printer I’ve ever purchased. I’ve owned a number of Epson printers over the years. I thought this was a good idea since it might save going through in cartridges ever couple of months. Instead I have full ink tanks and nothing comes out on the paper. The printer printed with streaks almost as soon as I bought it. No amount of jet cleaning works. Don’t waste your money on this … it’s junk.

This printer is great. It does not use much ink and I think overall that saves money. I have purchase the Epson 4760 and I like the touch screen on that model. If you have extra money get the 4760 but the 2850 works well also.

Great on ink. Way better than the HP printer that was bricked if I didn't pay a subscription fee.

I am quite quite upset about this purchase/ printer. Bought a model that was a tier lower to this one and the wireless connectivity was atrocious. Since this one had better reviews i bought this one. I thoroughly regret it. I have been having same issues since day one. I just think the software is having issues with Wi-Fi 6 connectivity.

This is the first printer I’ve had without cartridges and I will never go back. It’s super simple to ad ink and I like the fact that I can see how much ink is left.

Good price. A little difficult to set up for a non-techie. Somewhat vague instructions.

Love this printer so ink efficient already printed 400 pages and only 1/4 through one fill of our starter ink. There’s more ink left in the starter containers too.

Great product, no more bulky ink cartridges, fumbling to get them to fit, just pour to fill and you're ready to print!!!!!!!!!

After owning a ET-4500 Eco Tank printer I bought the ET-2850 as a gift for my daughter. It prints photos like a pro and having the liquid ink tanks is superior to buying ink cartridges. I highly recommend this printer.

I haven’t used this item yet but heard nothing but great things about it so I had to purchase it. I can’t wait to put it to the test.
