Took two printers, two phone calls with Geek Squad and finally an in home visit to get it working. Went from HP printers that I have used for many years to save on ink costs, but not sure it was worth it. Had to go to a user's manual, which is a plus, to make copies. Have to download a separate app to make scans that I can save.

Little explanation of display menu. It took Google searches and individuals' YouTube videos to find out how to update firmware.

He recommended this particular printer and I'm very pleased with its performance. A big plus is no more fooling around with ink cartridges!
