Install was fairly easy. Print quality is good so far. We have not had to purhcase new ink yet, so we'll see if continue to see value in this type of ink refill.

The print quality is OK, but not great. Colors aren't exactly vivid on ordinary paper. The problem is that it takes a 6-minute protocol to get this printer to connect to my network. Just now, I wanted to print something and the printer isn't recognized. I will have to re-start it. Even then, it takes time for it to get recognized. The printer sits 3 feet away from the router, which is part of a mesh system. Everything else in the house works perfectly well, so it's not a network problem. The printer does not have a LAN port, so I can't hard wire it. The clerk at the store told me that Epson doesn't put LAN ports on household printers and there is no work-around due to the lack of a protocol. I was patient with the product and tried to get it to work. Unfortunately, I waited until after the return period for Best Buy. He said to deal with Epson directly and they probably would want me to ship it back to them. I could hard wire it to my laptop, but this isn't practical because we live in a 3-story house. No one wants to walk 2 flights of steps to print something. Before I retired, I used Epson printers for my business. They worked well. This one is a big disappointment and a bigger annoyance when I need to print something fast.

This is my third and I am pleased with the updates to the inking system. My previous eco-tank printers would not print after lack of use. It does say you need to use the printer to keep it working well on the site under trouble-shooting. I encountered an issue using the site to download to my older laptop. I used "add a printer". I will contact GeekSquad and have an up date done. The printer is great so far and the photo prints look good.

Absolutely love it, the ease of setting it up and the fact that it doesn’t use so much ink is another bonus

The printer was very easy to connect to my family's various tech devices. The smartphone application makes it easy to adjust settings, even if you are in a different room from the printer. The ink was easy to load.

After having constant problems with my last injet printer it was a joy to find a print that was easier to set up, does not REQUIRE a subscription to use affordably and has great customer service.

REALLY NICE PRINTER! Prints high quality copies. Does not use the expensive ink cartridges. Easy to fill with Epson bulk refill bottles of ink. Ink levels are visible on the front of the printer. Control panel is located on front. Printed copies exit the printers bottom front. Excellent buy for the price.

So far, so good! Epson's directions, both written and online were precise and easy. It's so lightweight! Had a little problem at first with some paper jams, but I had cheaper paper. After I got going on a large printing project, it was fine. I've been wanting a wireless printer for a long time. This is my first Epsom printer. I researched in in Consumer Reports before buying it. Very pleased with it.

I love my new Epson ET printer. It was so easy to set up and use. Printing is great and has good color.

I genuinely love this printer. It was easy to figure out/install. The app is pretty intuitive for printing from my phone. Print quality is good. Toner is affordable, comparatively but I haven’t even needed to refill it yet

Easy to conexion, easy to use, easy to print. One the best printer

This is my first tank printer, selected from Consumer Reports. I didn't use the wifi printing feature that it has installed. I still use a cord, as I'm old fashioned like that. We had to buy the cord, separately. I like the duplex printing, to save paper. I do need my glasses to read the stamp sized screen on the front panel. It does not do faxing. I never did that, anyway.

This is my 2nd ET printer. ( my other is he 2450 series) They both do seperate projects. It was super easy to set up and start printing right away. I'm hooked on Epson. I liked it so much my daughter bought one too. Both switched from HP printers, and their monthly subscription. No more with all the ink this one comes with.

This printer is one of the best that I've ever purchased with the refillable ink!! Its so much less expensive that the others with cartridges!

My last printer had an issue I couldn't fix so went to look for another brand. This one was reasonably priced and putting in the ink is very simple. It was fairly easy to set up for a non-tech person and so far I am very pleased.

I bought this for my mother and it's the perfect size and the quality is great.

This printer took a little longer than expected to do the initial set up, but it works great! I was able to download the app and connect my wifi, and start printing within the hour. We printed about 30 full color sheets on cardstock for creating a board game with 0 issue.
