This thing is awesome, and I've barely scratched the surface. I honesty just needed a simple printer but it was on sale. Amazing print quality and blazing fast for documents. The app has so many features making it easy to do documents, photos, cards, etc

I got it for a small office printer ended up making it a back up sublimation printer. Colors a vibrant and printer doesn’t miss a beat on print test a year later. Ink consumption is very slow so last a while. Plus can use it wirelessly. I’d definitely recommend this. Epson always amazes

I'm 63 years old and not a huge tech guy. I wanted a printer that was easy to connect to wifi and my laptop, I also wanted one that doesn't use expensive cartridges that go dry every month or two. This model fit the bill perfectly. I did my research before I went and the sales folks repeated the same specs and advantages that I discovered. Very pleased with the purchase!

First time using an Epson Printer and I gotta say that I’m hooked! Having a ton of HP products and concerned about ink prices I switched. Glad I did because I dig Epson ecosystem and the print quality is on par or better than HP imo.

This printer has worked well since my purchase. It was fairly easy to set up and I especially like the ink tank feature eliminating the need for expensive cartridges.

Beautiful black and white and color printing. Compact, light and love the cartridge free ink. The display window is hard to read and I did have a hard time getting it on my network - may have nothing to do with the printer.

This printer was reasonably easy to set up and to fill ink tanks. . It prints wonderful photos and fast. It exceeds all my expectations. It was a good buy.

The Epson printer was very easy to set up. It has a great preview option for scanning which eliminates the need for multiple scans to get your image as you attend it to look. The colors are vibrant when printing. I have two Epson printers (a separate one for sublimation) and this printer for documents and photos. I highly recommend the Epson brand!

The print quality is OK, but not great. Colors aren't exactly vivid on ordinary paper. The problem is that it takes a 6-minute protocol to get this printer to connect to my network. Just now, I wanted to print something and the printer isn't recognized. I will have to re-start it. Even then, it takes time for it to get recognized. The printer sits 3 feet away from the router, which is part of a mesh system. Everything else in the house works perfectly well, so it's not a network problem. The printer does not have a LAN port, so I can't hard wire it. The clerk at the store told me that Epson doesn't put LAN ports on household printers and there is no work-around due to the lack of a protocol. I was patient with the product and tried to get it to work. Unfortunately, I waited until after the return period for Best Buy. He said to deal with Epson directly and they probably would want me to ship it back to them. I could hard wire it to my laptop, but this isn't practical because we live in a 3-story house. No one wants to walk 2 flights of steps to print something. Before I retired, I used Epson printers for my business. They worked well. This one is a big disappointment and a bigger annoyance when I need to print something fast.

Love this printer. Small footprint, scan option, and double-sided printing. Only had ut a short time, but so easy to install and use.

Pretty easy to set up, small footprint, and everything is controlled via the App. Simple unit since it doesn't have any USB Ports, but so far seems very easy to use with App.

Had previous version which was excellent. Lost during move; picked this as replacement. More compact and small powerhouse printer. Easy set up in minutes. Love it!

Install was fairly easy. Print quality is good so far. We have not had to purhcase new ink yet, so we'll see if continue to see value in this type of ink refill.

This is my third and I am pleased with the updates to the inking system. My previous eco-tank printers would not print after lack of use. It does say you need to use the printer to keep it working well on the site under trouble-shooting. I encountered an issue using the site to download to my older laptop. I used "add a printer". I will contact GeekSquad and have an up date done. The printer is great so far and the photo prints look good.
