OK BUT I AM HAVING SOME DIFFICULTIES WITH SCANNER

I brought it home installed it and it does not do faxes. I still have to keep my old fax machine hooked up. Although it prints great and will save me a lot of money on ink, I still don't have the printer I went out to buy.
