Loyal to Epson

It was a great printer. Anytime I had a problem, as it got older, Epson tech support was stellar at walking me through the problem and solving it on the phone even though it was no longer under warranty. So it only made sense, when the time came, to replace it with an Epson. I'm loyal to Epson. They've been great for me.

Good printer

Seems to have only one flaw for all the things myself and my wife do on our computers, tablets and phones. That flaw is that you can only print a legal envelopes. We do cards and have to hand address card envelopes or use mailing label and print with print shop. Seems like product produced with no populous input.

Great printer for photos!

I Loved the first one so much, I bought another one for another computer and project. Set up took some time but was easy. There is no disc to load the software to run the printer. The directions take you to a website to download. The software wouldn't download and I called the tec support number on the directions and they found a way to load the software and the printer is working fine.

I've been doing heavy duty projects and still have lots more ink left. My only complaint is the cumbersome options panel that is not touch screen (though it looks like it is). You have to arrow arrow arrow to each option and then hit okay. Woe be unto you if you make a mistake--you have to enter it all again. But you get the hang of it.
