The store didnt have the printer but the sales associate promptly looked up the printer I wanted and helped me with the purchase. Very happy with the free shipping and service Best Buy provided. This is a quality printer and dont have any issues with it.

And wifi printing is great when it works, but when we had issues connecting to wifi it was a huge pain going through the app to get the prints done. Beyond that, it's awesome. The ink milage is amazing.

However, the scan feature has no updated software. In writing to the company, there has been no response. My project is on hold until the software comes thru. I’m disappointed in The lack of response.

But I love it so far. I had a Epson WF 3640 that went through expensive ink cartridges quickly, and it felt like a waste of money. Like many designers, I prefer Epson printers. By the way, watch for sales because it seems Epson controls the price.

This is not laser jet quality for printing photos, etc. But for daily use, I use this one and save my laser jet for when I need quality printing. The ink has lasted me well over a year and lots still to go. It is a great daily printer!
