The ink was just too expensive for us and the printer always needed the print heads cleaned ... after every use. So glad we made the switch. The Epson printer ink was easy to install. Our machine has a scan tray, does double sided printing - everything you can ask for. It also faxes.

The product was quick and easy to set up. It has a sleek looking design. I am enjoying the wi-fi capability. Lacking features for price

Sheet capacity is only 150 sheets, have to fill paper cassette quite often. 2. NO touch screen. My $100 Epson WF-3620 had a touch screen. 3. NO standard USB port for a thumb drive.
