With the COVID-19 I have been working from home. I have printed over 1500 pages in a one month period and the Ink tank is still almost full. My other co-workers that have different printers have already had to replace their cartridges 2 to 3 times. Also was very easy to install. Love this printer.

It does two-sided printing so much more easily. No more flipping the paper and inserting back into the tray. But I was unable to run card stock through it and that was a big letdown as I occasionally do paper and card crafts. I would have made a different choice had I known.

Loading the ink tank is super easy all you have to do is remove the top and and dump the ink in the slot but just follow the instructions. Overall im happy with my purchase, but Its not as fast as an ink jet printer but it gets the job done.

I purchased this in store and the rep said it was also a fax machine, it is not, I had to return it and pay $200 more for the ET-4760 but it was worth it because I needed the fax feature.

Delivery was quick and assembly was easy. A little problem at the end getting the scan to communicate properly, but a call to tech service quickly solved the problem. Really like the Epson ecotank printer. Would recommend to anyone.
