I'm sure this detail was somewhere in the description but I I over looked it because of the great price point. I don't like to have to click the arrow buttons to make selections. Other than that It's quick, doesn't take up too much space, great for my daughters remote schooling work!

My printer has already saved so much in ink it’s unbelievable. Spending more money up front was scary because I had to believe that staff was being honest with me. They were as I use my printer often and have yet to spend money on expensive cartridges. Great buy and great deal! Thanks

Best purchase we ever made. Quality of printing is great and the fact that I don’t have to constantly purchase cartridges anymore. Ink in the tanks last Forever. I even got my dad to buy one and he fell In love with it. Scanning documents is great and easy as heck to use.

Has frequent paper jams; printed images not quite as sharp as I would like (maybe there is a way to adjust it?). Doesn't have a setting for printing on 3"x 5"cards. I do love that I don't have to frequently buy more ink for it!

Had about a month and has worked as needed. Biggest drawback is paper capacity is way too small. Won’t even hold 100 sheets of paper. The paper refill door is also flimsy and will most likely break in a few months. Won’t know about ink for several months.

I bought this printer to replace all the HPs I have purchased over the years. So far, I haven’t been disappointed. It was very easy to set up, has great quality, and so far works with all my computers and devices. The others always seemed to drop one device or another at some point, but this one has been very reliable.

I have broken the shackles of ink cartridge purchasing. Having had this Eco-Tank for over a month now, I can see where the ink will make many more prints per refill. I also like the ability of the printer to print double-sided on one sheet of paper.

Bought this for a friend, and she absolutely loves the thing, she's done everything from photos on 4x6 photo paper, envelopes, and payroll. I personally work in the printer industry, and I can say that you'll be hard pressed to find this low of a "cost per page" copier without going to a dealer.

I throughtly enjoy this printer. I purchased the version below this one, but had to upgrade to a bigger one. The only issue with this printer is the top tray has a hard time pulling the paper through and I've had to scan the old fashion way.

I purchased this printer to save on ink in the long run. Print quality is OK most of the time, but in the month I have used the printer, I have had to run a nozzle cleaning about every 2 weeks to restore print quality.

The only printer I’ve been able to hit print on my phone or iPad sitting in the living-room and it actually prints in my office. I’ve had several printers here and none have done that for me. I also love the large ink tanks. Instead on having to replace empty cartridges all the time!

Seems to be a good printer. Always had epson as a printer in the house. There is a guite mode which is nice. Good amount of ink in the wells of each color. Haven't printeda lot with it yet, but am satisfied with the noise reduction and quality. Would recommend.

The product cost 349.00 on sale. The Epson rep was at the Norwalk store and misrepresented the printer as having fax capability. As I clearly stated to him "I was looking for a printer having fax capability". In my estimation, any printer over 250.00 without fax capability is grossly overly priced! How is a printer advertised as an, "All in one printer" and not include a FAX . This is actually a 400.oo printer. You can't say this is reasonably priced. There is a sticker on top of the printer that clearly states: PRINT/COPY/SCAN/ FAX/ETHERNET and this is misleading. I am very disappointed with BEST BUY, EPSON, and the Epson REP to mislead consumers. If you cannot accept the word of a rep of the manufacturer than whose word can you accept.

This printer turned out to be better than expected! I was looking to spend the money that I did for this, but turns out I think this was worth every penny I paid. I like the bottle ink and it’s a lot cheaper than the cartridges.

I was in search of a printer/scanner for my home office, due to the stay at home order. This printer/scanner is the perfect size! Instructions clear and easy to read! Best Buy was great to work with and I had it delivered right to my home the same week!

The service was great and Adam at the Wooster store is great. However we decided to return it when it came, due to the high cost. I just retired and need something less expensive. Adam was also the clerk that assisted with the return.
