Stand alone ink does the job

Ideally I'd prefer a laserjet with a toner cartridge, but for color, this series is above the rest.

So far this printer has a very good print quality and is living up to expectations. It was fairly easy to set up and install with no mess or issues.

If you don't need a fax I would highly recommend this machine.

I'm an artist trying to sell prints of my art from home. After doing some research this was the best printer I could find. This printer has been a nightmare, no matter how many settings I adjust or how many times a clean the printer nozzles or adjust the alignment, all of my prints come out with white lines through them. I also purchased Epson Premium Matte paper which is nice and thick BUT there are no printer settings on this printer for this type of paper so it won't print until I change the settings to a different type of paper (the incorrect type)! Because the thickness is off, the paper will jam. To make this whole dance even more irritating, the printer will not stay connected to my computer even if it's connected with a usb cable. To get it connected I have to reset my wifi EVERY TIME I WANT TO PRINT SOMETHING. Yes, I'll print a document and if the printer is inactive for 3 min or more, disconnects. Awful, pain in the soul printer. If you're printing documents I'm sure it will be fine although you may still have the connectivity issues but other than that it's a massive waste of money.

Hopefully, the savings will be worth it. It is much noisier than I expected and the control screen is confusing. I suppose I will eventually learn how to use it. The wireless function was easy to set up and works well. I'm still learning how to use the email print function.
