The young man from geek squad did a great job of setting it up but when you try to print four or five or more copies it will not work . No matter what i try it does not work. It would have been nice if they would of sent a book on how to operate this. I wish i would have kept my other copier. I hate this printer.

To Print or Not To Print?!!?

Your Geek Squad support techs were great. The printer ain't so great. Coulda' gotten the Brother with similar features at half the price. If I turn my back and/or pay attention to other work, this thing spits printed paperwork all over the floor. Yes, it has its own closet shelf and is in appropriate operating position.

The color was lacking and I could not get a crisp print on second copies. I had to upgrade to another Eco Print printer.
