||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had this printer for less than a week, but this is my second Epson EcoTank, so I feel writing a review at this point is important for the customers considering this printer. This is a $400 printer, and I expect a lot from it. I expect improvements from the EcoTank I bought back in 2015 (that printer only lasted 5 years before an error code made it useless). After not doing much printing, lines started appearing when I was printing visuals for my job. I went through all of the alignment procedures and also cleaned the heads once. Then I printed a test page, and I still saw lines, so I am now cleaning the heads once again. This is very disappointing- a waste of time, a waste of ink, and a waste of paper. Sorry to say, but I can't recommend this printer.

Also in the description it says that it has a touch screen, FALSE. No touch screen. Seems to print ok. For the price I expected a better product. Cheaply made.

ADF problems while scanning

After owning this printer for 5 months, the ADF will not work and the error says paper jam. However, there is no paper jam.
