Why have a touch screen and not be able to use the touch screen? Printing is okay, nothing great. Not really professional quality of documents I was hoping for. But the touch screen!Not at all easy to select and do what you want to use.

Manual mentioned the problem a possible repeatable problem that may be due to mechanical failure. If it's been repeatable long enough to warrent manual attention. Why does the problem still exist? Repain centeres are widely seperated. When working, it was aggrivating and always required setting up something with the printer window rather than just printiing. It was not recommmended for T-Shirt transfers and is no known for great graphics. I replaced it with another brand.
